Hotel in quieter area of town

This is the hotel I book every time , and going for day trips to many near by lakes and falls in the area. Also Because it’s reasonably priced and in a quieter area of town, with easy access to downtown.

Furniture and painting are in dire need of an upgrade. Carpets are old. Room was spacious and fine but all furniture was decrepit.

Pool and hot tub was closed. The evening clerk asked did you book it online I said yes. She said it’s says on there. Our pool has been closed for months and so has Ramada’s. I picked this hotel as we have one in my city knowing the food is good for breakfast. The restaurant was closed but the lounge is open at 8 pm. Room was decent. Beds could be replaced.

Good rooms, bad service.

Booked Heritage Inn as I stayed there before and my daughter liked to go into the pool. After I checked in, I saw that the pool was closed due to maintanace. I was not able to cancel my stay anymore as the only reason i chose this hotel was because of the pool. A hotel would good customer service would provide a disclount to reflect the loss of ammeneties as there are several other hotels in the area offering pool with at the same price or less. They did update the Hotels.com add removing the pool and dropping the price, however I was alredy booked at the time and my booking was non refundable. I will probably not return to the location again asnthere are other hotels in the arra prioritizing their customers.

The hotel wasn't bad, per se, but you need to know that there is no elevator to most of it, and very limited ability to get from one side of the floors to the other. For a random hotel in Pincher Creek, it's fine, but don't expect much.
