We got to the hotel at 8am and asked to stash our bags for the day until check in. To our surprise, a room was available! It was right next to the train but the room had a sound machine and provided earplugs. The train noise did not bother us at all. Location is super convenient for the Metro and is located in a very cute part of the city with restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Great stay!

Slightly above average location for DC, constant construction in the neighboring streets, 2-3 hour parking that usually pay to park. No on site parking, apparently most of DC is paid parking with overnight fees of 18%. On site was sparse, looked clean, maid services kept forgetting to restock but at least cleaned well enough.

Our regular visits to DC usually involve stays at Hilton or Hyatt hotels. We found it inconvenient not to have a regular restaurant on the premises. And the breakfasts were rather limited. The room was rather small.

It was a good stay, helpful staff, clean rooms, beautiful light fixtures, modern. However, online listed as in and out privileges for parking- on check in we were told that’s not the case. Breakfast options are very limited. FYI there is a train track right next to hotel, does not always make for the best sleep.

Our stay was quiet, comfortable, and easy. The proximity to the parking garage was a huge perk. We felt safe the whole time. The rooftop bar offered some really good food after a day in the city. My family and I ordered appetizers and highly recommend the truffle potatoes, crab dip, sweet chili shrimp, and chicken skewers. We would definitely consider this hotel if we ever come back. I will say that it is a much farther walk to the Capital than I thought but it was a safe and easy walk.

good location. This hotel has closed outdoor dinning which was advertised on expedia sight. The rooftop bar and dining room played music so loud on Saturday night that we were unable to sleep despite ear plugs provided in the room until they shut down at 1 am. Also, monotonous loud beating music began again on Sunday afternoon at 3 pm from their club on the rooftop. Our room was on the 9th floor. Staff and property are courteous and clean.
