Great location

Repeat stay at this location! Our daughter lives in the neighborhood so it’s super convenient. Comfy, with everything we need, although the bed is pretty firm. Can always find street parking too.

Clean apartment in a great location

The property was exactly as it appeared in the listing. It’s a great location, clean, and comfortable. We had an issue with the plumbing on Christmas Day and had to check out early, because management was unable to get a plumber on the holiday. However, they were very responsive and refunded us for the remainder of the stay.

Decent place to stay in DC

The property is nice, but the sofa couch is not comfortable. It also does not pull out properly. The kitchen was great. At night time, keep in mind there are folks who live above the VRBO. It can get loud with the footsteps. Decent place though and the location was nice.

Restful After a Long Day

This was a family trip with my husband and 6 yr old daughter to DC for the first time. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The rental itself was well stocked and clean.. Would definitely stay here again. Would definitely

Quaint apartment

There was communication from the check-in instructions, to the checkout process. The place is well maintain, eco-minded, and cozy. Questions were promptly answered, and had reached out to make sure everything was working properly or if we needed anything else. Be mindful of the parking signs, as there were two days we needed to have our car moved by 7:30 am to tree trimming. This was NOT the property managements fault, just wanting anyone parking their care to look at any signs. Parking near the unit was not difficult. We would book again if we come back to Washington DC.

Great VRBO Experience

Great VRBO! Great location and easy to get to all the monuments and museums! Nice to have parking available. The neighborhood was nice with great places to eat. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip.

DC area stay

Nice place to stay for two people with no children since there is only one small bedroom. The area is nice and parking is easy on the street with the online resident parking pass. My only issues is this is very much a basement apartment so very little natural light or fresh air. My only complaint is that we were required to empty and dispose of all the trash and recycling even though the cleaning crew was supposedly coming in right at checkout. Paying guests should not have to empty the trash and recycling.

Great all around

From the beginning until the end the listers were very receptive. The listing was precisely as described. Very clean! Soap, cleaning products, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was provided There were even K cups for the Keurig which made my mornings better. WiFi was strong. I chose to stay farther from the conference center (about 1mi) than my colleagues. I walked a few times which was about 25 minutes and took an electric scooter the rest of the time. Both were great options. Overall would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment in a nice neighborhood!

I was in town for a work conference and all the hotels were very overpriced. I was looking for a nice apartment as an alternative, and this was perfect. Even had a little coffee/tea bar in the kitchen! Would stay here again!

A great option for tournament stays

We had a 3 day tournament at the convention center. I was looking for a place to stay where my daughter could experience the feeling of living in a city. The apt was perfect experience for her. It was clean, new and a wonderful option vs a hotel. Every time we came or left a friendly neighbor was walking a dog. Having the apt allowed us to prepare food to fuel her during her day. Parking was easy which was a blessing. I was hoping to be able to and from the convention center - but found that lyft was a better option. All in all, a great experience.
