Includes a private entrance, parking for one vehicle is included, a patio with table, umbrella and chairs for your enjoyment. [NOTE: Due to snow removal issues in Montgomery County, MD, parking is limited to the Library parking lot at the end of the street until Feb. 11, 2026. Overnight parking is allowed there for free, and temporary permits are available.]

The space was very cozy. Very clean and nicely furnished. Very comfortable kingsize bed with flannel sheets for winter. Well-designed kitchen and bathroom. Entry was easy and communication was very good. Even though the owners live upstairs, except for a few muffled footsteps, it was totally quiet. Very nice place for a good price.
