Great location with quick access to everything in the DC area. Very close to the airport which was a plus when catching an early flight out, but you did have noise from the airplanes during our stay. The place has its charm. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash was provided. Provided coffee and it appeared to have what you would need to cook on your own. However, we didn’t try so I can’t confirm. Nice little kitchen. Old Town Alexandria is a nice place to walk around with good food and great ice cream, Jeni’s. Neighborhood felt safe. Parking is available, but will be tight if you have more than one vehicle. Space was sufficient. It was a little cramped in the common area when the family (6) wanted to chill after walking all day. Bathrooms were less than ideal with the upstairs bathroom door not able to remain closed. (To keep it shut all the way, you would have to press against it with your knee while you’re on the throne.) The bathroom in the basement was tiny and the shower would back up if you didn’t move the no-slip mat. No frills or extra space but the bathroom worked.
