Room was at a lower floor where they had construction going on - hallway was dusty. Rooms are cleaned every other day, which is okay, but the cleaning member arrived on the second day of our stay after 4:00 pm, we needed the cleaning done so we went with it but it was inconvenient. Decent continental breakfast offered at this facility and the staff is friendly.

I visit Wash, DC for business several times a year. Usually I stay at hotels near Crystal City however, now I'll stay in SE DC at the Residence Inn Marriott. For me its location near the Navy Yard and the surrounding area are great. Easy to go to Reagan National by Metro or Uber.

Beautiful location. 2 blocks from the train station. Central location to restaurants, lounges and a sports venue. Only complaint is terrible parking especially if there are a lot of events in the area. Would definitely stay here again.

Great choices for breakfast. Check in staff efficient and friendly. Parking rate for overnight is way too expensive. Cleanliness under the bed needs to improve. In the room where we stayed, the area under the bed was dusty and had some dirt.
