The staff was very friendly, the hotel was in a decent location. Walking distance to grocery store, restaurants and bars is perfect. The distance for museums is not the best for walking, you will need to uber, use electric scooters or bikes. Over all the hotel was amazing.

Our stay was good. The room, gym, hallways, breakfast area and everywhere else was clean. The staff was friendly and allowed us a late check out free of charge. The only thing is the hotel has no parking other than valet, which costs $75 a day including the taxes. I find that a little too expensive.

Hyatt Place was very accommodating. Giant is across The street so you can cook your own food in your suite which is nice. You are an 8 minute walk from the convention center so you get your exercise and enjoy the experience of DC.
