Our reservation did not show up??? We had to rebook at the hotel vs through Travelocity. Unusual but staff were kind and accommodating did have to pay more.

Do not like it. My room window facing equipment company. They woke me up in an aloud noise from using their forklifts very early in the morning. Also, inconvenient place for tourists.

The breakfast supervisor Thomas is very friendly and good. The front desk receptionists are not friendly and informative and tried to charge me for 7 nights stay which I already paid through Expedia. My credit card bank blocked it and sent me the fraudulent charges. I am not happy with the way Expedia working with them financially. If my bank had done locked, I would have been double charged

This location is very far from anything in D.C. It also has no shuttle or access to the excellent DC Metro. Their website makes claims of shuttles which are not available once you check in. We said to the attendent we were thinking of going to another hotel, she took the cards -- said no refund and started tearing up the cardboard slips. We had to find another establishment. That customer service flop took less than 30 seconds. We tried to contact the hotel for refund, but they never respond.

The property was very quiet. The rooms are large and well insulated. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Management and staff were very kind and professtional. The breakfast area staffer a gentlemen is so welcoming and quick. General manager very patient and friendly. Stayed 4 days will come again!

The front desk held $445 on my account even though my room was paid in full before I got there. This hold was for three days, then after they fixed that they held $100 for incidentals. When I got there the front desk girl told me there would be no hold, they just needed my card on file as protocol for damages. I checked out today and the rep could not fix my account, she told me to wait for tomorrow……Very poor customer service… do not recommend. The room was ok, the area sketchy….

The manager Toni was very professional and friendly. She gave a lot of information about places to go visit.Thomas always served a hot breakfast with a great smile. I will stay here every time I travel to DC.

The hotel was beautiful and well-maintained, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. However, upon arrival, we encountered an unexpected $700 charge on our card despite having already paid in full. A few days into our stay, we were charged an additional $300 with no explanation. When we inquired at the front desk, they were unable to provide any information. Another traveler in our group also faced an unexplained charge of over $300. While we were assured that these charges would eventually be reversed—and most of them were—the experience caused unnecessary stress and put a damper on our trip. The manager, however, was incredibly helpful throughout the ordeal and truly salvaged our stay.
