The property was just fine and as described. I brought members of my family to DC for the July 4th Beyonce concert. The property was very conveniently located between the concert venue (The Commanders Stadium) and downtown DC. The Beltway freeway system was easily accessible from the location, though...if guests are not familiar with DC traffic, Uber/Lyft might be a better choice for getting around town: DC traffic is not for the meek. The neighborhood was friendly, safe and nearby to grocery stores, coffee shops, pharmacies and local eateries. Parking was a bit of a challenge if you have multiple vehicles but, doable with patience and opportunity. The dedicated parking space for the property was very useful but, not the best for folks with ambulatory difficulties as accessing the property from the space can be a little difficult. The rooms in the property were clean and comfortable. The bathrooms could use updating but, they were entirely servicable. The patio area/hot tub was a great relaxation space. Nice place to chill out and reMy only caveat is that the host did not provide any caffeinated Keurig coffee pods. There was a full compliment of teas and decaffeinated coffee pods but, that was it. Not a deal breaker at all but, just a suggestion for the future. Overall, I'd stay there again if I was traveling with a group of 5 to 7 people and was in town for some type of event where I needed to be centrally located to the venue as well as DC's other amenities.
