I did not do breakfast only dinners in the hotel. Our sever not nights, same lady was great. I used a public bathroom in the hotel two different times and the floors were filthy. My room was ok, they left half on one roll and almost out on the other. My hand should not touch nast toilet paper of someone else using my room. The drain to the tin was backing up which is very gross to me. The wood around the sink was dusty. I stayed at your Hilton because I needed major surgery and was hoping for at minimum the feeling it would be clean for my safety. I will never spend another time ever again at your hotel. My mom is over 80 and I was hoping that expectation of cleanliness would be good for her too,

It was ok. The towels had lipstick on them, there was no shower gel in the pump, the parking was not advertised at $33 a night, the restaurant wait staff ignored us so we ordered at the bar and returned to our table, the gate in the parking garage doesn’t work so you have to call for assistance to enter or leave, which causes a huge back up at check out time. Beautiful hotel. Friendly front desk staff.

Our room was right across from the elevators. The elevator doors had a terrible squeak every time they opened and closed. Which could be heard in my room with the tv on. The noise woke my husband and myself up every morning at approximately 4am and so on throughout the day and night. The staff were very professional and friendly, but the hotel needs to be renovated.
