Overall decent

Overall decent stay for decent pricing. Don’t expect anything grandiose. We did switch our initial rooms because the ac wasn’t cool enough and found a stain on one of the sheets but it was done with ease. The second room was good. The beds weren’t the most comfortable but it did its job for the short time we were there. Staff was nice too. There’s a really good Chinese restaurant right next door too.

Came in to DC for Warped Tour and wanted to stay on budget and as close to the venue as I could afford. This hotel was much nicer than I expected for the cost. Rooms were clean and felt recently refurbished, had a coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge not mentioned in the listing (great surprise!!) The on site restaurant was very good and other dining options were nearby. The only downside was that the listing stated $10 parking per stay but it was per day - big difference. And well there were a lot of homeless in the area but it did not feel unsafe. Overall a very good choice and I would definitely stay here again! Thanks!

The area is dirty and not safe it’s in the downtown almost. The hotel is not clean bed sheets are very old. The smell is something else.

I thought this was going to be a bad stay. Motel vibes….. I was wrong !!! Looks can be Deceiving! The room was clean, the shower had great pressure, ac worked, front desk was super nice and helped me after a big night of imbibing lol and maids checked every day for towels. I could go on and on. Super impressed and it was for a great price. I will 1000% stay here again ! Hopefully the pool will be fixed and they will have finished the facelift.
