Breakfast menue was excellent. Room was very clean. Coffee Pot was broken, room was located near the pool, it had a very high chlorine order in the room, TV kept losing signal, sometimes the TV remote didn't work, kids were running up and down the the hall yelling at 9:45pm. The gentleman at check-in had zero personality. I stayed at this same hotel 2 weeks earlier and had a very different experience; it was excellent then.

The room could use some upgrades such as USB outlets, the fridge should have been in its place instead of the floor. Suite was an upgrade for the stay due to issues with water heater, it was clean and’s spacious.

Rooms were nice and clean but the pool was very dirty. I couldn't even see my feet on the second step into the pool. Not very inviting and my kids were very excited to swim but ended up not wanting to swim in that. Free breakfast was nice!

I stayed in this same hotel room for quite a longer stay than originally expected. Over the 6 weeks I was here, the staff was incredible. Every person was kind, friendly and helpful in whatever way possible. They all greeted my seven month old baby every day with a smile and a conversation. I truly enjoyed my time here and will look to stay here whenever necessary in the future.
