"The hotel was nice. The food was good. The room was great. I loved that I got the bottom floor! The problem was I couldn’t sleep every night. I was there except for the last two I ended up staying around five nights. It might’ve been four nights can’t remember, regardless I extended my stay but was unable to sleep every night due to whoever was in the rooms above me had children, and it sounded as if they were having a gymnastics class all night long. The music was blaring, and the thumping on the floors was unbearable. I was told that I was not the only one who complained. I will say they did give me a 10% discount for the last two nights. The only reason I would stay again is because of the positive parts. Everything else was great. It was just the people staying at the same time I stayed. They need to have rules and set them and be firm with them. I have children and grandchildren and I’m lenient on some things, but this was ridiculous.!!!! The staff was extremely supportive and amazing. They were put in a very difficult situation and I believe they were very respectful on both ends."
