Everything from check-in to check-out was great. Our room was cleaned every day. Front desk staff were also very helpful with suggestions regarding local dining and recreation. Lots of places within walking distance of the hotel. Location was safe. Best of all, things were quiet at bedtime!

BEST ACCOMMODATION OF OUR ROAD TRIP *****

great greeting upon arrival - perfect location- close to dining & shopping options modern well equiped-plentiful parking provided- sadly no air-con in bedrooms but upon request pedestal fan was quickly provided. (no towel rails in ensuite?) would not hesitate to stay here again !!

Very comfortable roomy suite, good high pressure shower, comfy bed, and room 27B has excellent views towards lake pertobe and ladybay. Stairs only but worth 34 steps ;)

Great amenities, well located in central Warrnambool. One bed exec apt had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Tea, coffe, milk provided. Even had a washer and separate dryer if needed. Lovely helpful reception staff. Good parking.
