The cleanliness of room can be improved. Some hair found on beds and bathroom. The drainage of bathtub is too slow due to clogged hair. It's terrible. Other than that, everything is fine.

They offer breakfast for £7.00 if you pre order the night before but they charge you £23.00 instead of £14.00. On the Friday night there were kid's running around the hotel corridors and banging on the bedroom doors therevis no phone in the room so i used my mobile to phone Guliver's World but no one picked up. It wasn't great startvto the weekend.
