Room was clean, but there was no shampoo, just two bottles of conditioner. Also, the sidewalk leading to the door hadn't been shoveled. I had to step over a 18 inch snow drift onto an icy sidewalk to get to the door. Not safe at all.

Traveling home during snowmageddon and finally had to give in and get a hotel room. Easy booking, the young woman who checked me in was very friendly. I did not get the room I had booked (changed from a single king to a double queen) and the thermostat in the room was set at 78 degrees. I had to open the window, open the door, and turn the heat off to get the room cool enough to sleep. It was disappointing that there was no in room coffee, but the lobby coffee machine had very good coffee. Good selection of food for breakfast.
