The Space: This apartment is situated within the Belvedere Luxury Apartments on the upper level with extraordinary mountain and lake views which can be enjoyed from the top floor deck leading off the lounge. The apartment faces West for the afternoon sun and is normally very sheltered from the wind.
The Belvedere is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, a 300m walk to Lake Wanaka and Wanaka township. The building is modern and architecturally designed with modern decor and furnishings.
Fully equipped kitchen, 40" flat screen, free wifi and bluetooth entertainment system. Other features include undercover car parking for one vehicle (maximum height clearance is 2m), ski/snowboard DRYING ROOM and SAUNA facilities.

This is self-catering accommodation however for your convenience, we will get you started with a few rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher detergent along with a couple of tea towels, dishcloth, 2 bin liners and laundry liquid. We use only eco-friendly cleaning products. Sheets and towels are provided. We recommend you bring your own beach towels.
Guest Access: Although located within the Belvedere Apartments, this unit is under separate management so please do not make requests to reception while staying.
The Neighborhood: This apartment is just a brief stroll to town centre and the lakefront.
Getting Around: A parking spot provided.
Interaction with Guests: Wanaka Holiday Homes office hours are Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm and Saturday: 9am to 2pm. We are available after hours for urgent matters. You will be provided with arrival instructions one week prior to arrival. This is self catering holiday home accommodation. We provide sheets and towels but you will need to bring you own personal supplies.

Great location! Perfect to wander down and around the town/lake.
Very happy with the apartment and especially the location. There are some things in the apartment that need a little maintenance though (wardrobe door, drawers in bedside tables). But, a great experience overall.

Wanaka Ski trip
We came here with our two small children. It was perfect, the unit was warm and cosy. There is full kitchen and laundry facilities in the unit which is ideal for families. It had a lovely view and was in a really nice quiet area. It is walking distance to town and new world. No real negatives, a fraction on the smaller size depending on your party and only one bathroom but would totally recommend and stay here again.

The apartment is very comfortable, modern and clean, with beautiful view from the balcony. The location is good, very close to the town center, supermarket and lake. We walked everywhere in town.
