Overall it was a decent hotel. I felt it was a bit pricy for what we received. I’m not sure if that is simply due to the Christmas time holidays or what. The water in the shower kept changing temperatures. Had to constantly adjust during shower to avoid cold or burning.

Check-in was quick because I completed online check-in. Unfortunately the Guest Mobility pass wasn't sent to me but a 24 hour pass is under €5. The best part of the hotel is waking up to a mountain view in the morning.

All good. Checked in time the gentleman named Wasim ( from Tunisia) was so friendly and easy going made our checked in experience so much fun and great. We had mobility pass the next day and the lady printed for us was repeatedly *4 times printed wrong details and last copy received was printed wrong name again but finally a guest queue behind told us just use it as we needed bar code to scan on public transport. Overall everything was great. We will come back again

Room was decent but the carpets through out the hotel are dirty. Hotel is a wee bit banged up in spots. Another check in customer took my car keys from the front desk and for 1/2 hour we were in a panic. WE didn't the complementary breakfast. Be aware the bed comes with two comforters(King bed). No top sheet. Weird if your from the states.
