We came for medical reasons and needed a good night sleep prior to surgery. The bed in room 321 was sooooo noisy. It is like it doesn't fit on the base. Every little movement made the bed groan and squeek. I called and asked for another room for night # 2. Hopeful that we can move easily today before medical appointment. Toilet seat broke and very dirty under hardware. No body soap in shower dispenser.
