Acogedora y linda casa de dos habitaciones en Bayshore (ambas habitaciones tienen camas queen) Baños de uno y medio (un baño completo en el pasillo) y 1/2 baño separado entre la cocina y el garaje. También hay una pequeña habitación separada con literas fuera del garaje para dormir más. Sofá cama en la sala de estar, vista limitada con acceso a la playa directamente al otro lado de la calle. Televisor de pantalla plana de 50 pulgadas en sala de estar con HD. El dormitorio principal tiene un televisor de pantalla plana de 42 pulgadas, ambos tienen reproductores de DVD. We enjoyed our stay. House is in a great location, everything we needed! Only recommendation would be that the bathrooms could use an upgrade/update and beds were on the hard side.

This was the perfect little house for us. The ocean is just acrosss the street and down a short path. The house had everything we needed.

We loved our stay!! Felt very homey and cozy! Loved the fireplace and the kitchen was stocked fully with everything you need. Clean, safe and quiet location-and so close to the beach! Thank you!

Favorite beach stay of all our trips!

We loved the Moffet house! It was clean, homey and close to the beach. The neighborhood and the beach were quiet and only a few people in sight (not like the busy, more touristy areas). Everything was comfortable and worked well, and we would love to come back again!

Ideal Location

Not only is this home less than a five-minute walk from the Pacific Ocean, but its location south of Newport prompted our visit to Yachats, a charming coastal town none of us had been to before. Moffatt House was very well equipped and clean. It offered a perfect base for a relaxing getaway.

Nice Place To Stay

The house is well-maintained and very comfy, nicely decorated with games and books for rainy days. We had a little problem finding the third bedroom as it is only accessed through the garage and only has built in bunk beds and little space and no other furniture. It's very close to the path to the beach (less than 5 minutes walk).

Location of the house is great! Very centralized.

The Moffett house was a great place to stay for the week. We were very thankful for the dishwasher, washer and dryer. We even borrowed the crab trap that is in the garage. It functioned perfectly as a home away from home. :)

Perfect Location

This house is in a wonderful quiet neighborhood directly across the street from an amazing beach where you can walk for miles in either direction. We loved being able to park our car in the garage. The house was perfectly clean and comfortable. We appreciated the use of the washer/dryer. There were plenty of linens and dishware. We would definitely stay here again.

New Years fun

Stayed here over New Years with my best friend and my daughter. My brother lives nearby and it was great to have this cozy little place to come back to after a busy day. Most memorable was curling up on the couch listening to the storm outside with the fireplace. Very comfy! The house was very clean, kitchen was well stocked. And having 2 bathrooms was a god send. We were able to host a meal or two and that was fun.
