Need to update appliances and fry pans,I had to rewash the plates and bowls, the barbecue grill is terrible and should be replaced. We saw a pair of underwear on the roof between the 2 balconies. But the house is comfortable other than that.

Layout was great! Loved having 3 bathrooms! Plenty of towels and extra blankets! Puzzles and playing cards were an added bonus. Just enough cookware to support all of our cooking.Really enjoyed the closeness to the river.Property management team was very reachable and helpful.

Family getaway

Great open property, with a pathway to water. We got a text asking for feedback but did not get check in instructions until I asked multiple questions to the host. The property was clean and fit all our needs plus more. Central location to a lot of places.

Nice quiet location along the bay where you can relax. There is access to a walking path to the bay so you can walk along the bay or sit and watch sunsets. Fully fenced yard is a plus so dogs can be let outside off leash without fear of them wandering off.The property had good boat parking as well, I have a 20’ boat and there was plenty of room for it.Overall a nice place to vacation. My family had a great time.

Perfect location!

We had the most amazing time and loved how secluded this felt, yet close to everything at the same time. My kids loved the game room and we went down to the beach numerous times. Thr horse was nicely stocked with some thoughtful touches. Will be back!

One and Donelp

Overall stay was ok. There were a several issues that would prevent us from recommending this place. There were ant traps all over in the kitchen. We soon found out why…regular ants (not sugar ants) crawling everywhere in the house…kitchen counters, bathrooms, bedrooms on bedding and clothes! Reported to the property manager and sent pics. Response was would let maintenance know and that ants are common pest on the coast. Found a whole on the outside of house under a window that seemed to be their entrance point! Next issue was the dog hair all over the bedding in the ‘pet friendly’ bedroom. Reported as well and said would address with house keeping. There was so much on one of the twin beds that we could not use it. There was no hair dryer so bring your own!! Not ideal for three women with long hair that takes a while to dry natural. Dishes were not clean in drawers or cupboards so we washed as we used. Hot tub was not hot..kept giving an error and going to 97 degrees. The TVs in upstairs bedrooms were not usable due to not being hooked to internet. Very slim choices on TV downstairs. You need to have your own logins for the various sources. No shades or curtains on bathroom windows. The positive was easy access to the beach, comfortable furniture and beds. It was walking distance to the grocery store. We will definitely book only premier hosts moving forward.

Work trip with a great place to stay!

Loved the home. The garage was very useful. It rained all week while we were there so, it was nice to have a space to peel off rain gear & dry out before going inside. Great location! Close to the grocery store & the beach is right out the back gate! Loved the fenced yard for the pups! Thank you for having us.

Good location

Check in process was horrible. We were given the wrong code and it took a while to get a hold of someone. The wifi was intermittent and constantly had to be reset. The location and place were very nice, but a bit spendy for November.

Perfect for active dogs

We were two couples and two dogs who thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Although I initially wanted a house on the beach, this was so much better since the wind was much calmer along the river. The fenced yard was perfect for the dogs. The house itself was spotless and had everything we needed for a great getaway. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place

Great place. Loved how easy it was to get to the beach on the river. The place was super clean. Only complaint is that the hot tub was too hot at 104 degrees and there was no way to adjust the temperature. Would definitely stay again.

Cute place with reading nooks and fenced yard

Fully fenced yard for pups. Easy quick walk to water. The view isn't of the ocean, which means you get more privacy! Clean and nice furnishings, lots of space. Would stay again!

A perfect spot for a break from reality

We arrived at the property and the outside was "not much" to look at. once we entered using the previously provided code, we found a delightful space with lots of room for lounging. It was clean and well equipped - ample towels, a game room, reading nooks, incredibly comfortable furniture, a large hot tub, and easy access to the beach - which was 50-70 yards away. Oh and an incredibly comfortable bed! walking distance to some good food choices and an tasty sourdough bakery. highly recommend!

Just beachy

Everyone had a great time. Only complaint is one of the small beds was covered in dog hair. Maybe cleaners forgot to wash a sheet. Everything else was great. Lots of parking for the boat trailer and other cars, fully fenced for the dog to run, and great access to the beach.

Exactly what we needed

My sister’s family and my family shared this house when visiting our hometown to see our mom and dad, and to enjoy the Waldport fireworks. It is an easy and private walk to the beach. The game room was a perfect arrangement for the kids to have space to do art, play games, watch movies and be loud together while the adults enjoyed the calm views. There’s plenty of space to cook and eat indoors and outside. I didn’t feel comfortable having the kids stay in the game room overnight because it’s a completely separate part of the house with only a door knob lock. The bed isn’t comfortable enough for adults in that space, so we squeezed into the main house, using the couch and daybed downstairs in addition to the daybeds in the bedrooms. It worked out ok, but if we do it again, I’ll bring an air mattress so we can have privacy in the bedroom at night. Overall, a wonderful family trip, and the house worked well for us!

Cute little house

We enjoyed our stay there. The house had so many lovely little nooks for sleeping or reading. The house did not have any salt or pepper, which was rough, but the rest of the materials in the kitchen were above and beyond. It was nice to be close to a beach along the river and a very close walk to the store. The surrounding houses are a little sketch, but the hot tub was very nice. Coffee maker definitely did not work, needs to be replaced.
