Bio hotel

Nice boutique hotel but I felt it was too expensive for what it offered. With global warming, too hot there during summer as most hotels in Germany don't have air conditioning.

Overall pleasant experience

My husband and I decided to travel to Edersee for our one year anniversary. We picked this hotel as we read it had amazing views. We were a tad disappointed when we were given a room facing the back of the hotel, so we only had a view of trees and a hiking path (to which we often had to keep the curtains closed in case anyone was walking by as you can easily see into our room), instead of the gorgeous lake we were hoping for. The hotel didn't appear to be especially busy, so there would have been rooms available with a lake view. Besides that, the room itself was comfortable and clean. The location was great, walking distance to the lake. Breakfast was really good too, with a pleasant view overlooking the lake. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Abgesehen von den frei hängenden und frei liegenden Elektrokabeln war das Hotel toll. Super Frühstück, sehr freundlicher und unkomplizierter Kontakt zur Chefin des Hauses. Sensationeller Blick auf den Edersee.

Nettes Hotel mit kleinen Zimmern

Sehr gutes Frühstück. Hotel sehr schön. Kleine Zimmer etwas abgewohnt mit Laminat (Bio?). Schöne Dusche. Fenster zugig. Schön gelegen aber der Prospekt ist übertrieben. Aussicht nicht so schön. Sauna,Schwimmbad usw. 80 m weg im Appartementhaus.

Catastrophique à déconseiller. .

Accueil catastrophique comme jamais vécu entre allemagne. Mobilier défraîchi tout comme les bâtiments et installations. On a essayé de faire du neuf avec du vieux mais c’est raté même la décoration fait grise mine. Literie grince et est très inconfortable. L’établissement surfe sur un supposé bio qui n’a de bio que le nom. Ce fut à ce point que nous avons pris les petits déjeuners à l’extérieur dans un hôtel situé à 800m et qui affiche 4 étoiles dignement et méritées et pour un prix quasi équivalent. A déconseiller. C’est du vol et de l’arnaque. Les contrôles des sites web devraient être plus strictes.

erholsamer Aufenthalt im schönen Belvedere

Der Aufenthalt im Belvedere war erholsam und sehr angenehm. Sehr guter und freundlicher Service. Trotz Verspätung noch ein leckeres Frühstück benommen. Sehr viele Freizeit Möglichkeiten unter anderem auch im spa-bereich. Empfehlenswert!

Es war alles zu unserer Zufreidenheit

Wir haben das Hotel spontan gebucht und kannten es vorher nicht gekannt. Es hat alles super geklappt und das Hotel war auch sehr gut. Es ist auf jeden Fall zum weiterempfehlen.

Das Hotel ist ganz nett, leider ist der Service nicht perfekt. Man kann es ja nicht jedem recht machen :-( Im Ort selbst ist auch nicht viel los. Aber wer wandern will etc. und abends Sauna / Whirpool machen möchte sowie morgens leckeres Bio Frühstück braucht, der sollte hier buchen aber keine extra Wünsche wie Cappucino haben. (kostet extra) Frühstück 7:00 Uhr machte man nur Widerwillen.

Das Hotel

Die Zimmer zur Rückseite des Hauses, sind direkt vor einer Felswand. Ohne die geringste Aussicht. Die kleine Sauna wurde nur angestellt, wenn die Gäste das rechtzeitig angemeldet haben und die Gäste aus dem Hotel mussten zum Ferienhaus lauf. Die Massagen haben uns gefallen, der Raum war ansprechend und ruhig.

Unsere angenehmste Überraschung

Wir hatten den Urlaub (Opa und Oma mit Enkelin 5 Jahre) spontan geplant. Vom Hörensagen gab es Positives zur Ferienenregion Edersee, die wir uns schon immer einmal ansehen wollten. Aus praktischen Gründen wählten wir dann nach Karte von Hotels.com das Belvedere aus. Fazit: Wir können Hotel, Ort und Region nur wärmstens empfehlen. Der etwas höherpreisige Aufenthalt ist voll und ganz sein Geld wert, Sauna, Whirlpool, Naturteich zum baden, alles chick, sehr gepflegft und familiär. Das Frühstückbuffet ist vielleich nicht von der Masse, aber ganz bestimmt in seiner Qualität eine Klasse für sich. (Wir Gäste konnten uns Lunchpakete zum Mitnehmen bereiten). Als Zusatz die kostenlose Nahverkehrsnutzung, viele ermäßigte Eintrittspreise in der Region. Das Wetter hat auch gestimmt. Wir werden bei nächster Gelegenheit wieder hinfahren ! Die Region dürfte auch im Winter ein Volltreffer sein, wenn Schnee liegt.

Zimmer mit Blick auf den Edersee

Spontan gebuchter Familienurlaub, einen Tag vor der Anreise. Wir sind sehr herzlich empfangen worden. Das Familienzimmer hatte ein seperates Schlafzimmer und eine Ausziehcouch im Wohnzimmer. Herrlicher Blick über den Edersee. Es gab ein herrliches Frühstücksbuffet mit BIO- und regionalen Produkten. Noch ein Bonbon: Im Zimmerpreis war "Meinecard" enthalten. Damit gab es in vielen Attraktionen in der Umgebung tatsächlich täglich freien (!) Eintritt (z.B. die umliegenden Schwimmbäder, Sommerrodelbahn, TreeTop Walk, Nationalparkhaus...). Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist ein bisschen altbacken aber sauber und funktional. Ich würde wieder dorthin fahren.
