Great communication. Good location lake front. Great value. Friendly host. We left our belongings and Sam informed us quickly.We enjoyed our overnight stay at the spacious house. Also thank for the thoughtful games for some good family fun. Lots of living spaces indoor and outdoor.House needs some improvements though. For example one of the beds needs replacing. It's lost its spring and shape. Couple of doors need fixing.
