We enjoyed our stay! This home is very spacious for large family gatherings. It is very convenient to local and regional attractions and shopping. The Ark Encounter was a reasonable drive. Our family will stay here again!

We had issues with the hot tub and lack of firewood, promised by the host. The host resolved those issues immediately. The only problem I had was when he suggested we call VRBO and find another place to stay, while we all were in the house! That was very disturbing that he suggested that to me. and twice at that! All because he was frustrated as was I. We got past it, but it really upset me that he would tell me that. Overall, the home was beautiful and very clean and accommodating .

We came for a Family Bourbon trail weekend. The house was perfect for 15 of us. Very spacious, clean and had all we needed. We loved coming back to a day on the bourbon trail relaxing around the firepit after grilling steaks on the big grill the 1st night. Saturday we enjoyed cooking breakfast in the spacious kitchen followed by a day on the Bourbon Trail to return to college football watching on the huge TV in the basement. The decor and rooms were very nice and comfortable. We will surely come back if we return to this area for more Bourbon trail adventures. Thanks again!

This was by far the cleanest and most up-kept rental I have stayed. The hosts made so many upgrades that most rentals do not have. The most impressive was black out shades in every bedroom as well as a thermostat to control just the upstairs. The only downside was being able to hear traffic from the freeway, including in the master bedroom. I don't think this warrants a 4 star review, but would drop the overall rating to a 4.5.

Great space! Perfect for a group or large family gathering. Quiet and self-contained environment. Convenient for the Bourbon Trail, Golf, with easy access to Louisville or Lexington.

Secluded but close

This place is in a great location. Secluded by near everything you need. The entire property was well maintained and the hosts were easy to work with and very prompt in response. There was an HVAC issue that changed the comfort aspect of our stay but overall the stay was great.

Convenient location

We were pleasantly surprised at the convenience of the property to main thoroughfares. The home was clean and neat and well appointed. It was decorated for the holiday, which was a pleasant surprise. The VRBO process was easy and the host was responsive. A truly nice experience.

It was a lovely home with a beautiful atmosphere that was clean, organized and welcoming. Bourbon Trail Weekend

Great house with plenty of room on beautiful grounds. It’s very close to the highway so you do hear the traffic. If you are looking to hire Ubers for visits to distilleries they are hard to come by but our tour driver told us about Bluegrass Taxi. The house was equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay.

Great home base for tours to the bourbon trail

The home was perfect for our group of 7. Plenty of room and loved sitting out back in the evening. Kitchen well equipped - appreciated the coffee supplies! The only drawback was we could not get the game room tv to work - maybe batteries dead in remote? Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay there.

We ALL loved this property!

We had a small group of family & friends staying at the rental with a few days to explore Kentucky. It was an awesome vacation. We unanimously loved the house and property. It’s beautifully and thoughtfully set up (inside and out) and can comfortably accommodate a large group. The beds were soooo comfortable - especially appreciated after a long drive from Maine. We want to come back soon and would definitely rent this property again. Great vacation - thank you!
