Holiday Home 'Ferienhaus Am See' with Lake View, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

The holiday home Ferienhaus Am See, which is situated in Wachtendonk, overlooks the nearby lake. The 100 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, a fan, a washing machine as well as a dryer. Furthermore, a private sauna is available on the property. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. Entspannter Urlaub im Haus am See

Pros: Mein Mann und ich nebst Hund haben im September zwei entspannte Wochen im Ferienhaus am See verbracht. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man im Urlaub braucht, inklusive Seeblick. Auch vom Garten aus schaut man auf den See und kann beim chillen oder grillen die Seele baumeln lassen. Wer's mag, verlängert den Gartenaufenthalt abends an der Feuerschale. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants erreicht man mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit. Venlo und Umgebung sind auch nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Wer also abseits des Trubels wohnen und trotzdem diverse Freizeitaktivitäten in der Nähe finden möchte, der ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Sehr positiv zu erwähnen ist auch Bernd, der Gastgeber. Er ist nahezu immer erreichbar und findet für jedes Problemchen eine schnelle und unkomplizierte Lösung. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und haben unseren nächsten Aufenthalt schon gebucht.

Auch unseren zwei Fellnasen hat es super gefallen, da sie den ganzen Tag draußen rumtoben konnten. Ein besonderer Dank geht aber an die Vermieter, die wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit waren. Pros: Wir, meine zwei Arbeitskolleginnen und mein Hund, waren aus beruflichen Gründen 5 Wochen in dem wunderschönen Häuschen untergebracht. Angefangen von der Ausstattung des Hauses bis zu dem traumhaften Blick auf den See, fehlte es uns an gar nichts. Auch wenn für uns der Verbleib nicht zu Erholungszwecken diente, so fühlten wir uns jedoch erholt. Vor allem wenn man den Tag nach der Arbeit in der Sauna ausklingen lassen konnte. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wenn man dann doch spontan noch was brauchte, wie z.B. eine Küchenwaage ;-), wurde das sofort zur Verfügung gestellt und sogar persönlich vorbei gebracht. Was auch zugleich für die Gastfreundschaft sowie Hilfsbereitschaft der Gastgeber spricht. Selbst der Hund fand es großartig dort. Die vielen großen Wiesen zum toben, lange Wanderwege, die süßen Ponys und direkt das Wasser vor der Tür. Mehr braucht man einfach nicht. Vielen Lieben Dank :-)

Pros: Kurzfristig hatte ich eine kleine Auszeit vom Alltag dringend nötig. Glücklicherweise war das "Haus am See" genau im geplanten Zeitraum frei. Das Haus ist toll und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es gibt sogar einen Kaminofen, der natürlich während der heißen Hochsommertage nicht genutzt wurde. Die Ausstattung ist modern, die Deko liebevoll. Alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt, ist vorhanden. Da ich auf Grund des tollen Wetters fast nur draußen war, konnte ich das Haus gar nicht so ausgiebig nutzen. Geplant waren einige entspannte und ruhige Tage. Hierfür war das "Haus am See" perfekt. In den Betten schläft man herrlich, auf der Terrasse gibt`s wahlweise Sonne oder Schatten, von dort geht es direkt runter zum See, der zu jeder Zeit eine herrliche Abkühlung bietet. Eine Fass-Sauna lädt zur Entspannung ein. Von der kleinen Bank aus, die direkt am Ufer des Sees steht, sind verschiedene Vögel und Fische zu beobachten. Es ist ebenfalls ein wundervoller Ort zum Lesen (Kaffeepott unbedingt mitnehmen). Auch kleine Spaziergänge bieten sich dort an. Die Vermieter sind überaus herzlich und offen, so dass man sich direkt fast wie "in die Familie aufgenommen" fühlt. Sie erfüllen sogar Wünsche, von denen man selber nicht wusste, dass man sie hat :-) Gastfreundschaft wird hier GROSS geschrieben! Ein Urlaub im sog. "sonnigen Süden" hätte nicht besser sein können. Es war eine super schöne Zeit, die unbedingt wiederholt werden muss und wird! Lieben Dank an Babsi und Bernd, die mir herrliche Tage beschert haben Karola

Pros: Der Urlaub in Wachtendonk war super! Die Wohnung ist toll ausgestattet (Spülmaschine, Induktionsherd, Waschmaschine etc.) und falls doch eine Kleinigkeit fehlt kann man einfach schnell danach fragen. Obwohl das Haus ein wenig abseits liegt, ist man schnell in Wachtendonk zum Einkaufen, oder auf der Autobahn für Tagestrips. Auch Fahrradtouren kann ich sehr empfehlen! Die Vermieter sind super nett. Auch die Buchung lief problemlos. Ich kann die Wohnung also voll und ganz empfehlen :)

Pros: Ab jetzt steht fest: Wir kommen wieder - und zwar mindestens ein Mal im Jahr! Das gemütliche und einladende Ferienhaus mit direktem Baggersee-Zugang bzw. Strand, Sauna und Kamin ist stilvoll eingerichtet und in allen Belangen sehr gut ausgestattet. Die angrenzende Umgebung lädt zu Spaziergängen ein. Jetzt kommt aber der Oberhammer: Die Vermieter Bernhard und Babsi! Für dessen herzliche Gastfreundschaft und Engagement müssen erst noch Superlative erschaffen werden. Vielen Dank! Es war eine unvergessliche Zeit!
