Peacefull stay

Cottage with amazing view, quiet place. You can only hear cars coming to the beach in the morning and leaving evening. We enjoyed the stay a lot, thank you. Just cleaning the property, specialy kitchen and cabinets could be better.

Nicht ruhig, aber trotzdem schön

Wir verbrachten eine schöne Urlaubswoche auf Krk. Das Haus befindet sich wirklich abseits des Dorfes und fast am Meer. In der NĂ€he ist nur noch ein weiteres Haus. FĂŒr den kleinen Einkauf ist oben im Dort (einmal den Berg hinauf) ein kleiner Markt, der jeden Tag geöffnet hat. Sicherlich ist es außerhalb der Badesaison auch sehr ruhig dort. Aber jetzt zur Hauptsaison und besonders zum Feierabend und am Wochenende ist auf dieser kleinen, schmalen Straße ordentlich was los. Etliche Autos nehmen ordentlich Schwung, bevor sie den steilen Hang hinauf fahren. Da das Haus genau in der Kurve vor dem steilen Anstieg liegt, hört man dann statt zirpender Grillen hĂ€ufig MotorenlĂ€rm. Der Sandstrand, den es in Kroatien selten gibt, lockt natĂŒrlich viele an und ist deshalb tagsĂŒber ziemlich voll, aber die kleine felsige Bucht mit Steinstrand in unmittelbarer NĂ€he fanden wir sowieso viel schöner und zum Schnorcheln geeigneter. Sie war auch nicht so voll und morgens und abends hatten wir sie sogar fĂŒr uns allein. Das Wasser war wunderbar klar und warm. Das Ferienhaus ist gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet und auf der mit wildem Wein beschatteten Terrasse kann man auch bei 37 Grad Hitze sehr schön entspannen. Die beiden StĂŒhle auf dem Dach haben wir leider zu spĂ€t entdeckt, sonst hĂ€tten wir bestimmt dort oben so manch milden Sommerabend begrĂŒĂŸt. Da das Haus nicht ĂŒber eine Klimaanlage verfĂŒgt, haben wir trotz offener Fenster nachts ziemlich geschwitzt. Nicht so schön war außerdem, dass die Fenster und TĂŒren nicht mit Insektenschutz ausgestattet sind, so hatten wir Kellerasseln, MĂŒcken, TausendfĂŒĂŸler, Heuhopser und sogar einen kleinen Skorpion zu Gast. Uns als Camper hat das nicht so viel ausgemacht, aber fĂŒr empfindliche Leute ist das sicher nichts. Zwei weitere Minuspunkte sind das nur ĂŒber die Terrasse zu erreichende Bad mit WC und der Schlafraum im Keller. Dieses Zimmer, das zum einen ĂŒber eine recht steile Holztreppe und zum anderen von außen zu erreichen ist, riecht ziemlich muffig und die dort stationierte Technik fĂŒr die Solaranlage macht durchgĂ€ngige BrummgerĂ€usche, was wir störend fanden. Allerdings ist es dort nachts deutlich kĂŒhler als bei den Kindern zu ebener Erde. Insgesamt hat es uns in diesem Ferienhaus, bis auf die beschriebenen Minuspunkte, gut gefallen. Trotz Hitze haben wir einige schöne Touren unternommen und Krk erkundet. Von den Vermietern bzw. Verwaltern haben wir in der ganzen Zeit niemanden gesehen, aber wir hatten eine Kontakttelefo

Sehr dreckig, Putz brökelt von der Decke, Spinnweben ĂŒberall, sanitĂ€r funktioniert nur bedingt. Keine Hausordnung gefunden, keine Klimaanlage, nur altes LĂŒftungsgerĂ€t, abgeranztes Mobiliar, ungepflegter Garten.Auch zwei Sterne kann gut aussehen, aber dieses Haus gehört kernsaniert oder abgerissen. Das einzige, okay ist, ist die Aussicht.Modriger,schimmeliger Gestank aus Souterrain und KĂŒchenmöbel. Alles bestenfalls Jugendherbergstil, aber abgewohnt.Nie wieder!!!

Viel zu teuer

FĂŒr diese sehr einfache HĂŒtte viel zu teuer. Jeden Morgen dröhnen hunderte Autos direkt am Haus vorbei. Gegen 17 Uhr dröhnen die Autos in entgegener Richtung wieder vorbei. Urlaub an der "Autobahn". Toilette wie vor 80 Jahren quer ĂŒber den Hof. Wir wĂŒnsche allen gute Erholung

Great Location, but only Camping-style standard of the house

This house has a great location right at the sea coast and this was great for our family, as we are not big fans of towns and party, but more of pure nature. The house itself was a bit a disappointment, and the advertisement was not entirely transparent. For example: the bathroom/toilet is not connected to the main living rooms and bedrooms, but you had to go outside (also at night/in rain etc) to get to the toilet/shower etc. The cleanliness and overall status of the house leaves a lot to be desired: mouldy cooking items (cutlery/cooking spoons etc), mouldy smell in the kitchen, stale smells in the cellar bedroom, which is also only very superficially renovated. Leakage in the bathroom etc etc. It’s a shame, as the location is really great. But the value for price is not ok. For this camping style standard half the price would have been ok, but not the price we actually paid (~220€/day).

Helaas niet schoon, veel ongedierte maar prachtig uitzicht

Begin augustus ‘21 een week verbleven met het gezin, ouders + 3 kinderen. Het huis is prachtig gelegen, uitzicht op een fijne baai. Het familiestrandje verderop is het drukst bezochte strand van Krk. Veel volk dat voorbij rijdt en loopt. Verscheidene barretjes en meermaals tot laat in de nacht muziek. Hoewel de bedden en handdoeken allemaal fris waren, was het huis helaas niet goed schoon. Stof, diertjes en etensresten bij de keuken. Tevens een smerige deur. We hadden te kampen met meerdere mierenplagen in en om het huis. Beestjes horen erbij, maar wat ons betreft niet in deze mate: er marcheerden troepen mieren door het huis tot zelfs in onze bedden. Tot slot heeft het huis te maken met vochtproblemen. Bij regen druppelt het in de keuken en de slaapkamer beneden ruikt dusdanig naar vocht/ schimmels dat wij er niet hebben kunnen slapen. Matras naar boven gebracht en daar geslapen. De ramen hebben geen horren, dus lastig binnen vertoeven/ lezen ‘s avonds. De badkamer is bereikbaar buitenom, dat is ‘s nachts niet prettig voor kleine en oudere kinderen. Wij zijn een dag eerder vertrokken, voor ons geen succes.

Schön, aber nicht leise

Sehr nettes kleines HĂ€usle mit ebensolchem Garten in wunderschöner Lage mit ein paar „abers“. Wir suchen es immer einsam, das war es leider zu Beginn gar nicht, da um die Ecke ein Strand ist der sehr frequentiert wird - es war die ersten 1,5 Wochen eher wie am Stachus, da alle um das Haus herum fahren. Als die Hauptsaison vorbei war wurde es besser. War nicht dramatisch, aber es wĂ€re hilfreich das in der Beschreibung zu erwĂ€hnen. Zweites aber, das auch aus der Beschreibung nicht klar wird ist, dass das Bad neben dem Haus liegt und man aus dem Haus muss wenn man Bad und Klo benutzen will - bei Regen und in der Nacht ein bisserl lĂ€stig. Zudem hat das Haus, wie auch in einer anderen Bewertung geschrieben, ein kleines Feuchtigkeitsproblem, sprich es riecht im Souterrainzimmer ganz schön muffig. Wir waren zum GlĂŒck zu zweit und haben es uns im oberen Zimmer gemĂŒtlich gemacht, wobei es dort kaum Möglichkeit gibt die Klamotten zu verrĂ€umen. Auch wer gerĂ€uschempfindlich ist wird nicht gerne im Souterrain schlafen, da der dortige StromzĂ€hler ordentlich brummt. Dennoch die Lage ist sehr schön und der tĂ€gliche Sonnenaufgang ĂŒber dem Meer bezaubernd. Der Kontakt zu den einzigen Nachbarn war sehr nett!

ein wunderschöner Platz um traumhaften Urlaub zu erleben

Lage und Ausstattung des Hause sind ein absoluter Traum.Die Terrasse ,der Garten,die Ausstattung der KĂŒche und allgemein die Einrichtung sind einfach nur schön.AbzĂŒge gibt es leider nur fĂŒr das Elternschlafzimmer im Keller,das zu unserer Reisezeit(Pfingsten) leider ziemlich feucht war.Der EigentĂŒmer hat uns sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen und war auch bei Problemen sofort zur Stelle.

Prachtige zeevakantie met kinderen

Als familie met 4 dochters tussen 10 en 14 hebben we een zeer leuke tijd doorgebracht tweede helft augustus. Vooral de ligging is ideaal, er rijden wel wat auto's op en af naar het strand maar dat was niet echt storend. Het huisje voldeed aan de verwachtingen, de schapen Petrus en Paulus die dagelijks verse vijgen kwamen stelen in de tuin hoorden er blijkbaar ook bij! Op het leuke terras kregen we zelfs gezelschap van een zevenslaper! Keuken was van alles voorzien en het huisje was goed koel te houden. Kortom, een aanrader ! Groeten Dieter.

Petit coin de Paradis !

Il suffit d'arriver devant la maison pour savoir que vous allez passer de belles vacances ! SituĂ© face Ă  la mer visible de toute les fenĂȘtres, la maison est charmante et bien Ă©quipĂ©e et la terrasse et le jardin offrent tous ce qu'il faut pour un maximum de confort et de relaxation. Bref c'est un petit coin de paradis ! La plage est au bout du chemin. Il y a d'abord une petite crique de galet Ă  l'eau transparente. Un rĂ©gale si vous ĂȘtes Ă©quipĂ©s de masque et tuba ! Et de l'autre cĂŽtĂ© la grande plage de sable bordĂ©e d'arbres avec un petit port, quelques transats, de quoi boire un cafĂ© frappĂ©, une biĂšre ou manger sur le pouce. Naturellement la plage est trĂšs prisĂ©e et il y a du monde tous les jours mais c'est un endroit trĂšs agrĂ©able et mĂȘme si nous prĂ©fĂ©rons d'ordinaire les petites plages isolĂ©es, la proximitĂ© de celle-ci et son agencement (il y en a vraiment pour tous les goĂ»ts) ont fait que nous n'avons pas chercher Ă  aller ailleurs et nous avons passĂ© 7 jours merveilleux ! Profitez du barbecue, des transats, admirer la vue des fenĂȘtres, prendre un cafĂ© dans le hamac, manger sous la pergola de vigne, dĂ©guster une figue tout juste cueillie dans le jardin, profiter de l'ombre des oliviers, jouer Ă  l'un des nombreux jeux de sociĂ©tĂ© mis Ă  disposition, sortir du jardin pour, 10 pas plus loin, s'assoir sur les rochers face Ă  la mer, admirer les poissons, boire un verre de vin blanc spĂ©cialitĂ© locale, contempler les Ă©toiles le soir, faire un footing au bord de la mer et profiter du lever du soleil, seul au monde. Nous avons quand mĂȘme poussĂ© notre curiositĂ© jusqu’à Vrbnik Ă  5 km et bien que la ville ne nous ait pas trop intĂ©ressĂ©, nous avons trouvĂ© un petit restaurant trĂšs bien, en bordure ou nous sommes d'ailleurs retournĂ©s 2 fois. Il s'agit de Ulika Grill! Nous avons aussi profitĂ© de la cuisine trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Nous avions fait les courses Ă  la supĂ©rette de Resika Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de l'Ă©glise en attendant le correspondant du propriĂ©taire qui devait nous remettre les clĂ©s (Michel, le propriĂ©taire trĂšs sympathique, nous avait donnĂ© son n° de tel avant notre arrivĂ©e) . Vous dĂ©couvrirez dans les placards les produits laissĂ©s par les derniers occupants. Il y avait mĂȘme quelques produits frais Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. Nous avons Ă©galement laissĂ© des affaires de plage parasol et matelas gonflable dans le local du jardin en espĂ©rant qu'ils profiteront Ă  d'autres. Si nous retournons en Croatie, nous choisirons de nouveau cette maison sans hĂ©siter et pour un plus long sĂ©jour!
