Все замечательно. Самый центр, цены за номера при этом очень доступные. Номера очень чистые и просторные. Есть все вплоть до халатов. Великолепный завтрак включён (пока самый лучший из всех отелей в которых мы были в России). Однозначная рекомендация!

Great location! Good breakfast. Everything was clean. Staff was helpful. We had a room with kitchen, which was super helpful travelled with a toddler. The only thing I didn’t like was that we had to pay about $30 for early checkin, in my experience if the room was ready, hotels just let you have it at no extra charge.

Очень посредственный отель

Остановился в номере-апартаментах, на тот момент самом дорогом из предлагаемых. Первый и самый главный минус это целый квест чтобы найти его, приходится пользоваться двумя разными лифтами. Второе это шумоизоляция. Ее нет, я слышал буквально все. Халаты в номере для лилипутов. Единственный плюс это завтрак, он нормальный.

В целом отель хороший! Чисто и уютно в номерах. Есть все необходимые предметы, комплиментарные вода. Кулер в коридоре. Основной лифт был сломан, что заставило некий дискомфорт. И парковка не у самого отеля, а минутах в 2 от него. Писали заранее о необходимости места, но оказалось что так не работает( а выбирали отель именно из-за наличия парковки. Благо оно нашлось, последнее. У отеля прекрасное расположение. До набережной 15 минут, 5 минут до широкой улицы с кафе и магазинами. Под отелем есть кафе(или ресторан),принимающее свадьбы. Может быть немного шумно нижним этажам. Мы жили на 6, спали с открытыми окнами. Прости не слышали ничего

С удовольствием остановлюсь еще раз!

Бронировала для себя стандартный номер с 1 большой кроватью, на 2 ночи. Был предоставлен номер с двумя сдвинутыми кроватями. Несколько неудобно, но не критично.Не стала из-за этого звонить на ресепшн. Состояние отеля, работа персонала, чистота номера, завтрак - на "отлично". Подушка (по мне) очень высоковата, матрас на "4". Завтрак - что сказать? Завтрак более, чем разнообразный. Всего достаточно-каши и хлопья - двух видов, мясная нарезка-буженина,шейка/колбаса, сыр -2 вида, масло,джемы,соусы,гуляш,картошка жареная, сосиски-2 вида (с сыром и без), шарлотка,кексы,тосты,соки,яйца (вареные вкрутую,омлет),чай,кофе (кофемашина).Вопрос к недовольным-вы дома что едите на завтрак,если пишите "завтрак не понравился/отвратительный/однообразный"? Можно к вам на завтрак?)) Администрации отеля, всему персоналу спасибо! Держите марку, чтобы не было негативных отзывов и людям бы хотелось к вам возвращаться вновь. Улыбайтесь! Я к вам точно еще вернусь!!! (Я так думаю!)

Недорогой отель в самом центре .

Не первый раз в этом отеле. Нравится месторасположение. Самый центр города. Есть где погулять и куда сходить покушать.Для меня огромным плюсом всегда было наличие бесплатной парковки и возможность размещения с собакой. За собаку доплата 1000 руб. Но большинство отелей просто не разрешает. Также в этом отеле отличные завтраки - шведский стол. От оладий и каш до Бефстроганова . Вобщем твердые 3+ звезды

И так и плюсов: В номере много мелочей для комфортного пребывания В номере, да и в целом в отеле чисто и красиво Еда на завтрак вкусная Минусы: Парковка: при бронировании указано, что в стоимость входит охраняемая парковка. На деле она «закончилась», и после длительной поездки пришлось еще колесить в поисках платной парковки, рядом с отелем мест не было. Это пожалуй и испортило впечатление больше всего. Шумоизоляция: ее практически нет, слышно все, что происходит в соседних номерах. Маленький бар/холодильник: пара водичек и все, больше туда ничего не положить Сейф: инструкция к нему не соответствует модели сейфа, я не смог найти ту красную кнопку с внутренней стороны... Напор воды слабоват Один лифт, приходится иногда постоять в ожидании минуту-другую. Вентиляция в кафе: после завтрака одежда пахнет едой В целом, если рассматривать соотношение цена/качество- отель очень даже хороший, твердая 4!

Все хорошо

Удобное расположение отеля в центре города. Есть где погулять.Так как мы приехали в Полет, нам было очень удобно. 10 мин. пешком. Завтраки: кроме обычных, омлет и т.д. 2 вида каш, горячее. Ужин можно взять комплекс, можно заказать в номер. Бесплатная парковка. Правда, первые сутки нам пришлось поставить машину на платную стоянку, в отеле не было мест. Для информации: 100 руб. за ночь + 50 руб. в час днем. Итого нам это обошлось в 350 руб. На вторые сутки машину поставили на отельную стоянку. Персонал вежливый, все вопросы решались быстро. Вообщем, нам понравилось. Приедем еще.

Чисто, ремонт свежий, в номере есть всё что нужно, хорошее местоположение. За свою цену отличный вариант. Из минусов: долгое оформление, медленный лифт. Номер был на 5 этаже с окнами во двор, думаю, если бы был ниже и с окнами на улицу- было бы шумно из-за караоке внизу.

Скромненькл, вообще ничего лишнего. Просто огромные подушки и слишком мягкая кровать с хрустящим клеенчатым наматрасником. Хорошее местоположение, можно прогуляться. Завтрак мне понравился наличием овощей-гриль, хороших, здоровых продуктов.
