Schöner Sommerurlaub

Unser erster Urlaub in Kroatien! Die Lage ist schön und der Ort ist Ruhig. Mit den Kindern in ca 10 min bis zum Strand kein Problem. Die Wohnung war sauber und sehr groß und geräumig. Sandra und Ihr Mann waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Auch ein früherer Check-in war kein Problem. Danke dafür und für den schönen Aufenthalt.

A nice flat with a very kindly Owner

We spent two weeks in this beautiful and friendly apartment. It was out central spot for many excursions in the sorrounding area. The only negativ thing to say is that we were missing some nice bakery, café or bar in Peroj. But maybe it was because of the starting season in may.

Ruhige und saubere Ferienwohnung

Wir sind Wiederholungstäter und waren schon zum 2. Mal in dieser schönen Unterkunft. Sandra und ihr Mann empfangen uns jedes Mal sehr freundlich. Mit den Rädern ist man schnell am Strand und entlang dem schönen Lungo Mare auch in Fazana. In Peroj selbst gibt es einen Bäcker fußläufig erreichbar. Der nächste Supermarkt Plodine ist nur wenige autominuten entfernt. Die Wohnung ist optimal eingerichtet Prakitsch für mehrer Personen sind die beiden Bäder, jeweils mit Toilette und Dusche und natürlich die Waschmaschine. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ferienwohnung vom Meer 5 Minuten entfernt

Die Ferienwohnung entsprach der Beschreibung voll und ganz. Sie ist sehr ruhig gelegen und ideal zum entspannen. Die Nähe zum Meer (5 Minuten) ist ideal zum Spazieren gehen oder baden. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können diese Ferienwohnungen guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit Sandra hat auch sehr gut geklappt.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhigem Ort

Wir haben mit unserer 6 köpfigen Familie 10 wunderschöne Tage in Peroj und Umgebung verbracht. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ordentlich. In jedem Zimmer gibt es eine Klimaanlage, die alle sehr gut funktioniert haben. Auch sonst war alles vorhanden was man so braucht, lediglich einen Backofen, haben wir manchmal vermisst. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und freundlich. Als wir in einem Badezimmer Abwassergestank festgestellt hatten, wurden sie sofort aktiv und haben alles getan, damit Abhilfe geschaffen wurde. In der Umgebung kann man viel unternehmen und zum Meer sind es ca 8 Gehminuten. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert. Wir können uns vorstellen bald wieder zu kommen.

Entspannter Urlaub in ruhiger Umgebung

Anhand des Inserats dachten wir zwar eigentlich, dass wir die obere Wohnung bekommen, aber letzt endlich war die untere Wohnung auch sehr schön, wenn auch die Küche etwas kleiner ist, dafür hatten wir 2 Bäder, was auch sehr komfortabel ist. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, die Angaben zum Strand haben gepasst. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und alles lief unkompliziert. Es gab nach einer Woche frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche!

Urlaub in Peroj

Sandra ist eine nette Vermieterin. Die Ferienwohnung selbst war sehr neu und modern eingerichtet. Es war sehr sauber. Leider entspricht die Beschreibung nicht vollständig den Tatsachen. Wir hatten die untere Wohnung in dem Haus und dort gibt es keinen Meerblick, der allerdings so in der Beschreibung steht. Einen gepflegten Garten gibt es auch nicht. Eher ein kleiner Hof. Der Balkon benötigt dringend einen Sonnenschutz. Fußläufig war für uns, mit gesundheitlichen Einschränkungen, nichts zu erreichen. Die Entfernungsangaben entsprechen nicht den Tatsachen.

Diese Ferienwohnung würden wir jederzeit wieder empfehlen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, jede Anfrage wird in kürzester Zeit beantwortet. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber, vollständig und für unsere Bedürfnisse ausreichend eingerichtet. Die Lage ist wie beschrieben und sehr gut. Für Gäste/ Familien die 2 Schlafzimmer benötigen ist dies eine optimale Wahl. Auch ein großer Balkon ist gegeben. Danke für den tollen Urlaub 2022!

Doskonały wypoczynek

Obiekt doskonale urządzony i wyposażony, bardzo czysty, pościel, ręczniki super. Gospodyni czekała na nasz przyjazd. Wszelkie prośby realizowane od ręki. Kontakt SMS natychmiastowy i rozwiązana sprawa. Gospodarze niewidoczni a czuwali i byli pomocni. Polecam wszystkim szukającym bezstresowego wypoczynku.

Perfekter Urlaub

Die Vermieterin ist unglaublich freundlich und immer erreichbar wenn Fragen sind. Sie ist sehr nett und tierlieb. Mit kleinen Kindern läuft man circa 10 Minuten zum Strand ( teilweise ohne Gehweg). Der Strand ist traumhaft. Mit Wiese und Kiesel. Hunde kein Problem. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
