Local está com reformas inacabadas, tem um ferro saindo da parede em um dos acessos à sacada, tubulação a mostra por falta de acabamento, chuveiro da suíte estava com fiação em curto e local não possui internet como anunciado, também tem uma sanduicheira sem a trava que é necessário ficar segurando enquanto usa, no mais o Flat é confortável, fica no 14° andar e possuí uma varanda bem grande, camas super confortáveis e conta com roupas de cama e banho disponíveis, o prédio possuí uma piscina na cobertura onde a profundidade chega a aprox 1,5 mts, churrasqueira e até um forno para pizzas, além de um pequeno play ground e portaria 24 hrs, a apenas 2 quadras do mar tem diversos comércios ao redor.
