The housekeeping staff was bit annoying. Every time we left the room they asked if we needed something. The first time they asked it seemed polite but after the 3rd or 4th time is was annoying. I felt like they ere hovering around our room. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 10:50 am to come in to clean even though check out was 11:00 am. They stated that people were waiting to get in the room. I felt like they were rushing us out. I booked through Orbitz and was unable to link my stay to "Hilton Honors".

Valet parked car next to front of Hilton door had window shattered. The front desk can literally see my car and still the window got cracked by a criminal. The hotel staff told me to screw off. they made no effort to take responsibility. The police arrived after 3 hours and gave me a report number. There were three cameras on my vehicle but the usual thing for them is to not take responsibility.

The house keeping staff on the 5th floor was amazing! Mack and his wife Vomi were polite and very helpful! We got locked out of our room for 30 minutes on day one and Mack didn’t hesitate to get maintenance on the issues. Our room was beautifully cleaned every day and if we needed anything from housekeeping they were always responsive. Thank you Mack and Vomi!

Our room was disgusting! It was not clean and had gross urine stains in the bathroom which I had to clean myself with Lysol wipes I brought from home. The wallpaper was peeling off, torn carpet and there was dust and fingerprints everywhere. I was extremely disappointed considering I have been to other DoubleTree hotels and never had an encounter like this one.
