Inside, enjoy a spacious living room with a huge island perfect for snacking or socializing, a dine-in kitchen stocked for the chef in your group, and a 55" Smart TV with cable, streaming, and DVD — movie nights are covered!

The beach house is furnished with everything we needed, deck chairs, bicycles, comfortable and clean bedrooms, all appliances and cooking utensils provided for just about anything you could imagine to prepare. My wife and I were more than pleased with our stay. The cleaner goes above and beyond to have the house prepared for guests. While we had difficulty with the lockbox for the key (arriving late at night), the owner was more than accommodating and responsive. You could not park next to ocean only at the end of the neighborhood and that was only about 50 spaces. NO ACCESS unless you walked from the house which was about half hour walk.

February Fun Time

Our family of five had the perfect time at Beautiful Sunsets on Back Bay. Check in was easy and once inside we found everything to be just as pictured and described. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need. The house felt bright and cheery, beds were comfortable and we found everything to be clean and comfortable. We made good use of puzzles and games we found. We enjoyed walks to the beach and eating fresh donuts from the market in the morning. We visited the Aquarium near by with our 8 year old. Thank you for sharing your beach house with us and we look forward to returning in the future .

Quiet and Peaceful Beach Trip

The property was great and we truly enjoyed our stay. The beach was a little walk away, but it was pleasant and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful for us. Since it's October we had the beach to ourselves. The house had everything we needed, it was well stocked and the hosts were fabulous and responded quickly to everything. I would definitely go back there with my family for another trip.

My experience was great from beginning to end. The communication with the owner was the best. Any questions I had, they readily answered. They tried to accommodate everyone - they even had an older type coffee pot along with a newer type, which said so much about the owners. I hope to rent from them again - a wonderful time - and a very, very clean cottage.
