The cottage itself was lovely. Nicely furnished, with natural light and very comfortable beds (though note that the "full" pullout is actually a twin). Unfortunately, three large commercial trucks from the main house were parked on the property. Despite being unsightly and ruining the view from the wrap-around porch, they woke us every morning between 7 and 7:30 am. Our much-needed rest and restoration were hijacked because the trucks were literally 10 feet from the bedroom window. We were awakened every morning by the metal doors of the truck being rolled up and down, the lock being engaged, the engine starting, the beeping when in reverse and the workers talking. We reached out to the company managing the rental and were given pacifying words but no action! The local manager and I spoke about possible solutions but he never updated me and nothing changed. In fact, I was lied to by the managing company as to why the trucks were there. I have a lot of text communication, recordings and pictures to back up what I am saying. I would never rent anything from Vuestay Vacations by Casago again.
