Great stay at Grata, highly recommend

The hotel was clean and comfy, and the location was outstanding. Could walk so many places but also really good connections for public transport and getting to and from the airport. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I will stay here again when I visit Vilnius!

The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was good and there was plenty on offer. The only downside was the lack of hot water for the first two days due to a district heating issue.

Good value hotel in central Vilnius. Breakfast good except last day when there was insufficient spaces for a large number of guests which made getting a table practically impossible

A warm and well located hotel

A well located hotel just outside the old town and walkable within 30 minutes. Lots of bars and eating places nearby. The airport bus only costs €1 and takes you near the hotel. The reception staff were grest bug some of the serving staff at breakfast were a little unfriendly!

Affordable and nice hotel close to the city

Very large and comfortable room with a decent balcony as well. Breakfast was very good with wide range of products and constant service. The room was clean on arrival, neighboring sounds didn't come through the walls and check-out was quick and easy. Location is very good as well! Only downsides were the lack of AC and safe. Also the bathroom design was so that the shower water flowed to the bathroom floor which was a bit inconvenient

Stayed in a single room on the 5th floor. Even with the fan, I was sweating in the room and had trouble sleeping. It wasn’t even that hot outside. Stayed 2 nights, breakfast is decent and it’s not too far of a walk into the old town.

Very good-value hotel Just a ten minute walk to bus stops. If you plump for the top floor,[five] bear in mind the lift only goes as high as the fourth Beautifully clean bathroom but my room had tea/coffee sashays but no kettle! Never mind cold coffee instead! Also the hot water does take a long time to go through i found. Also watch out for the early breakfast restaurant coach party .I would come back an hour later if you don't like being jostled!

Breakfast was leaps and bounds past any hotel that I've been to. Awesome on that. The room was small but sufficient and i kinda liked it that way. I'm unaccustomed to not being able to control room temp. Not a biggie bc it was change of seasons. I booked partly for the airport shuttle that turned out to not be free. It seemed far from everything else interesting. If i had transportation, it would have been the perfect spot.

Tge ejevator stops on the 4th floor and you must walk up the stairs to the 5th floor. Head space is restictrd in the room especially in the shower. An adult cannot stand while using the shower!

Thank you for everything

I really enjoyed the hotel. It's clean, the staff is friendly, the breakfast was great. it was above my expectation. It was an old but clean hotel. My only criticism was that the restaurant was closed. there is no area where you can drink coffee or eat and smoke while you wait in the hotel. That was the only shortcoming. Apart from that, it is a very preferable hotel. It's not very close to the old city by walking 15 minutes, but it is still walkable, the only problem is that you have to climb a little while returning in the evening :) of course, you can choose a bus or taxi on the way back. Also close to cafes and restaurants. thanks for everything.

Stayed for one night before flying abroad. Everything was fine before something horrible happened. Wanted to take blanket from the wardrobe when gin bottle felt in on feet and broke the finger. So I’m just thinking how housekeeping are cleaning rooms if they can’t even collect empty bottles? Thanks god I wasn’t there with my young child, don’t want to even imagine if it could hit his head. Needed to chase an apology from staff, promised to call, they didn’t just went I said nobody contact me, Kristina phoned, apologised said will make my next stay better, still waiting for it to happened :)

Not terrible but...

My main reason to stay at this hotel was for a show in Vingis Park which is walkable to from here. Overall I liked how close everything was, but if you want some restaurants or similar close this is not for you. There is a Iki Express, a grocery store nearby and that's it. The busstop from airport is just 5 minutes away from the hotel for a cost for 1 euro. It takes aprox. 20 minutes. Old Vilnius with cafés and restaurants is about 20 minutes away. So the location is good overall for the price. I had a room for 1 person up in the attic, 5th floor. You have to walk 1 floor since the elevator goes to just 4th floor. I don't wanna write anything bad but this time I have to. First the carpet was dirty. Then the bed had dark hair in it. The third thing is that there even was a lots of dark hair at the floor of the toilet. Gross!!! And I had a window in the ceiling, so dusty!!!! Needs to be cleaned! And no AC, just a fan so it was very hot when the sun had gazed all day. No safetybox and no fridge. Breakfest... Oh lord. No yoghurt only milk. And bread was cut in halfs. And the que in the morning... My lord. And when you got to the table they were out of things and didn't refilled. I don't know if the bigger rooms are better, probably. But if this is your last chance to get a room like it was for me it's okay. You will survive!
