Old renovated farm located in a quiet area, in a small hamlet in the countryside, 8 km from the beaches, 15 km from Pornic and 45 km from Nantes.
Enclosed garden with trees of 1400 m². Bicycles (6 adults and 4 children - deposit of 200 €), pétanque ground, 2 swings including a baby seat available.
Single storey: living room with open kitchen, 3 bedrooms (bedroom on the courtyard side: 1 bed 140x190, bedroom on the garden side: 1 bed 160x200, children's bedroom on the garden side: 1 bed 90x190 and 1 bed 120x190), shower room, bathroom with toilet, linen room and 2nd separate toilet.
Additional equipment: complete baby equipment, stereo, wifi, tumble dryer.
Included: electric heating and electricity.
Not included: sheets, towels, wood, tourist tax and final cleaning (€150).

Logement au calme, entouré de champs

Location conforme au descriptif. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un séjour agréable avec des enfants : grand jardin, balançoire, jeux et vélos. Les plages ne sont pas loin et possibilité de rayonner facilement vers d’autres points touristiques intéressants.
