It’s falling apart Service is not good Meals are deficient in quality and taste Spa only has ONE sauna working, the steam room was inoperative I was not even offered a room upgrade when checking in, despite being Expedia Gold member Breakfast only has cold items, if you want omelettes or fried eggs, you’ll have to pay an extra USD4 (unbelievable) Avoid at all costs

The view is the best part. From every window there is a stunning view of the beautiful lake. The rooms are neglected and worn down...stained carpet, peeling wallpaper, linens that smell bad. The pillows smelled like dirty hair from previous people who had used them. The bed needs to be replaced..it sags on the edges and the middle. I had stuffed the pillows in the closet to get rid of the odor..and when the housekeeper stopped by in the afternoon I told her and showed her the pillows and she brought me 2 clean ones. The housekeeping staff was very nice and helpful. When I made the reaervation I had asked for 2 double beds but they gave me one bed. Then, I called to order room service at 10pm and nobody answered..I called twice and it just rang and rang. I had to eat stale potato chips from the mini bar in the room..$3.50 and I went to sleep hungry. They are also doing major construction at the hotel..there is noise and workers and equipment by the pool area and other common areas. It was not a relaxing stay.

Overall the rooms are nice, the location and the amenities are great. There are couple of things, that I did not liked during my stay. First, I was not able to get towels at the pool, I did asked 6 times during 3 days and only one time I was lucky to get a clean towel. Secondly, we had a bad experience at the lounge bar, after 25 minutes no one went to take our order, I had to order directly to the bartender. Then another 20 minutes for a couple of Mojitos and another 15 minutes for a salad and a chicken plate. The breakfast is fine and included with the stay.

Stellar stay at Park Lake Resort

The Enjoy Park Lake Resort is situated half way between Villarrica and Pucón on the main access road to each community. The property sports commanding views of Lake Villarrica in both their common areas and guest rooms. The room we were given was palatial in size, with two bathrooms, a separate living and bedroom space, and a generous patio. A suite far nicer than anticipated. Breakfast was included, and the buffet was varied, with those same stunning views. Though close to towns with great dining options, you won’t be disappointed by the selection and quality if you decide to stay in place. Lastly, the Park Lake’s spa facilities contain both indoor and outdoor pool options, and a deep array of spa treatments from hair care services to massage. The service may have been aloof, but was prompt and professional. A relaxing and top notch vacation spot!

The hotel is really very good, nice view and good breakfast, in my opinian it´s necessary to control the parking, during the weakend the hotel rent the 3ª floor for privat events and the parking don´t have capacity.

I was not expecting that!

Enjoy Park Lake Villarrica was a bargain and a very pleasant stay. Having booked our stay much earlier in the year, from overseas, and for a considerably reduced rate (thanks Expedia!) it was a pleasant surprise to check in to such a large, luxurious and comfortable room. The hotel itself is lovely, grand and very welcoming. The staff were friendly and pleasant. Our included breakfast was delicious, with loads of variety and our dinner in the restaurant was fresh and interesting. I was very happy with our stay and have recommended it to several people since.

A Most Appropriately Named Hotel - Enjoy Park Lake

Fantastic experience. Great combination of rustic beauty and more upscale elegance. Stunning views of the lake and mountains with a nice balcony to sit out when the weather is agreeable. The staff are superb and the food for breakfast and in the restaurant is outstanding. Even a nice wine selection for the evening. Close enough to town but still remote that you are in this wonderful world of quiet nature. This is a great hotel.

They don't offer airport transfers unless you are a group of 6 ( and you only find that out if you can find an email for them and the bother to reply, it took me a 5 attempts ) They did not have the room I had booked and paid for. They claim they had no information from Expedia. I had booked a superior twin , with two double beds. I got a standard double They were in no hurry at all to convert the room into a twin . I had to nag them several times The free welcome drink is only for a soft drink ? I did not give them a credit card guarantee for extras, so the mini bar stays firmly locked. So I was surprised when we were charged $5 for the bottle of water in the room . Scandalous, oh and no you can’t use the free drink voucher for that either ! Bizarrely at breakfast, they have the typical egg station , but if you want them to make you an oblate that will be an extra $5!. Just makes no sense, they will do you very badly made fried eggs. The steak we had was so overcooked it was not worth eating.

A great place in the heart of the South of Chile

This is a very beautiful Hotel, everybody was very kind. The breakfast mix some food from Chile and tipical food from the US breakfast. The only problem is the limited amount of dishes from the restaurant.
