Casa Glorieta - amplia y luminosa
It’s a 230 m2 house, for 11 guests, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet and a fireplace to see the stars. The house is divided in two floors. The entrance is in the lower floor to the living room with a wood stove, dining room with kitchen. Laundry room is also in the lower floor, 1 toilette and 2 bedrooms (1 is double bedroom and the other one is with 3 twin beds), 1 complete bathroom.
There is a garden in the front with a spacious car park. This garden continues to the backyard with a grill, garden set and fire please.
In the first floor is the playroom with a sofa bed and led TV, 1 double bedroom, one other bedroom with 1 simple bed and 1 pull-off bed, 1 bathroom.
This house is equipped with oven, fridge, toaster, electric kettle, coffee-maker, mixer, wash machine, 1 42” smart TV and 1 32” TV, hair dryer. WIFI service has not a good signal because of location, but is the only company at the place. This house has central heating by under-floor heating and gas heater. There is an electricity generator in case of power cut keeping the heat of the house.
The house is located in Las Balsas neighbourhood, 800 metres away from Nahuel Huapi Lake, 2 km away from downtown and 2 km from Cerro Bayo entry. This is a house to enjoy the authentic mountain round, with a typical Patagonian environment, where the chimney and the huge table for meetings are the main attractions.

La casa es hermosa!!!!!
Estuve en la casa durante la peor nevada de los últimos 25 años. Más allá del corte de servicios, agua, electricidad, cable, internet.... quiero avisar a los futuros clientes, que en mi entender, esta casa es una de las mejores en estos casos, ya que posee grupo electrógeno, tanque de reserva de agua, y calefacción eléctrica y a Gas Natural. Además el servicio de la gente de mantenimiento de BOG fue excepcional....durante pleno temporal nos trajeron nafta y prendieron el generador.... Muchísimas gracias a todo el equipo de BOG y en especial a Geronimo en el equipo de mantenimiento. Nos vemos la próxima

Una cabaña muy buena y tal cual se muestra en las fotos
Un alojamiento que se encuentra cerca del centro pero lejos como para pensar que estás en el bosque. Mucha tranquilidad y podes llegar caminando a un muelle increíble. Las instalaciones tal cual las fotos y el servicio muy recomendable. Fuimos un grupo de amigos (ideal) pero también es para ir en familia.

Buen lugar, amplio. Todo en buen estado. Fuimos 8 personas y quedamos muy bien. Camas, baños, cocina, limpieza, todo bien. La ubicación está a 5 minutos del centro de Villa La Angostura. Y a unos 8 minutos de Puerto El Manzano, que es una linda zona para conocer.

Muy cómoda la casa para ir en familia con muchos ambientes , fuimos 2 familias con chicos pequeños y todos disfrutamos de la casa, muy amplia, tiene un hermoso ventanal en la sala principal con vista a la montaña, el barrio es muy tranquilo y cerca del centro. Muy practico también el sistema de ingreso a la casa con clave , azul se mantuvo siempre en contacto por cualquier inconveniente, muy amable.los vidrios no estaban limpio, el resto estaba todo bárbaro

Super comoda y equipada
La casa es muy cómoda, la ubicación es muy buena por que esta cerca de la Villa como de la playa, la calefacción funciono perfecto, por que a pesar que era verano nos tocaron días fríos. La vista a la montaña es muy linda
Tal vez mas luz en el exterior de la casa, para poder disfrutar mas el patio de noche
