The hosts tried to be helpful but they live an hour away and the people who help them are not useful

There was NO information about how to use items. No explanation for the washing machine or how to get hot water. When we inquired the answer was the previous occupant pushed the wrong buttons. The washing machine ran four hours at a minimum. One rope outside to hang wet clothes. We had to call several times to get hot water. The thermostat was also broken and a repairman had to come to fix it. This place could be an ok stay but they need to hire better help. In addition the village is really small with nothing to do.
