Great property and easy to find. It is less than a 5-minute walk to the underground subway and less than 15 minutes by subway to the Theater district in Vienna. Great accommodations, I would stay there again! PROS: -The apartment is great the property is fully staffed with all hotel amenities (hotel in the front part of the property and apartments in back). -Local transportation is easy to get to. If I wanted to take the train to the airport it is less than 5 minutes from the property. -Friendly staff. -Great bargain for the rate. - Gym and sauna on the property to use. CONS: If I had to provide one con, t would be that it is not in city center, but as stated above it is less than 5 minutes from the underground so you can easily jump on the underground and be quickly into town. The underground is faster than driving.

Nice retreat in a busy city.

Nice apartment, near the Westbahnhof, so shopping and transport are close at hand.We'd stayed here before, so we knew to check in at the Fleming's Conference hotel on Neubaugurtel, and that there would be a cleaning fee at checkout (pretty standard when staying at an apartment). The only thing lacking would be a place to eat meals cooked in the apartment - the kitchen is complete, yet no dining area, so we at on a small table by the sofa.

We have been very good in this hotel, the apartments are very spacious, comfortable and clean. It is also very well connected. You can come and go from the airport with the bus in 40 min and only € 8 per trip. In the same station there are metro and trams. Near the center. Highly recommended.

THE WORST HOTEL EVER....

One of the worst hotel I ever stayed in. 1)We entered to a room that the AC was not working, and the room was so HOT. We asked receptionist to fix it and they did NOTHING. We asked again and they send two guys to fix and they were not able to do anything, they told us they will fix it after we leave. STILL they did not change the room for us. We slept in a room with the noise of AC every ten minutes. Water was leaking and we put a trash can in the middle of our way in order that the water wont wet the floor. Supervisor did not have any idea how to fix this problem and help us. ***BE CAREFUL!!!!!!!, 2)This hotel does not have room service, unless you book it for 5 nights. However you will be charge for 50 Euros for cleaning fee when you leave the hotel besides the service fee you will be charged when booking the hotel. 3) Airport shuttle is one of the services mentioned in the website, BUT it is not a free service. 4) You are sharing the balcony with the next unit and you do not have privacy. AVOID STAYING IN THIS HOTEL. THIS HOTEL RUINED OUR VACATION IN VIENNA.

I liked my studio apartment. I didn't like the fact that to reach the apartment building you are supposed to cross the inner garden, exit on another street, use your card and then get to the lift. It happened that on New Year's Eve, after midnight, the card didn't work and I had to go back at 2am to registration to get a new card.

The one bedroom apartment was nice and spacious. Well equipped kitchen. The pillows are quite small. I was somewhat disappointed that they charge a 50 euro cleaning fee.

Really nice hotel and very happy with the apartment etc. Great location for the underground at Westbahnhoff. I was caught out with a cleaning charge (€50) when we checked out which is seemingly standard on apartments, however, it was not very clear (or I did not pay enough attention to the booking...).

Pretty good one!

First thing first, this hotel is not located near the metro station Rathaus, although that's that what I get from google map search. It's in fact in between the station Westbahnhof and Burggasse-Stadthalle. The entrance of the apartment is at Kenyongasse 17, but check-in is on the other side of the building along the Neubaugürtel. Overall of my stay is great. I rented the apartment for 5 nights. The bedroom is nice with a small pack of gummy bear candy on the pillow, which is cute. However, it smells a bit like food when I walked in, I suspect it's from the previous guest? Apart from that furniture-wise, bathroom and bedroom are all quite clean. The location is pretty convenient too, with just 5 mins to the nearest metro station. You can also walk to the city centre in 20 mins. Hotel has free sauna and a small room with some work out equipment. p.s., you walk throuhg the sauna place to the gym room, which is a bit weird. Overall, the hotel is pretty good.
