Lovely Apt!

This property is as described - a very lovely executive-type apartment in a location that is very convenient to all the main attractions in downtown Vienna. It is on a high floor, which allows for a great panographic view of the city. The kitchen is well-appointed, as are the bathrooms. The beds are comfortable. It is a perfect space for two couples visiting the city. The host is very responsive and provides comprehensive information about the apartment and the surrounding area. Thank you for a wonderful werk‘s stay!

Comfort with easy access to everything

This is an apartment perfectly laid out for two couples travelling together. Just a few steps to the streetcar and subway. From there, most key things are less than 10-15 minutes away. Responsive and helpful hosts. Great coffee maker!! That’s important because we got up and had breakfast every morning. I have seen other posts complaining about the homeless people near the subway station. Unlike some aggressive homeless folks in other cities, they did not accost us or bother us in any way. The only part of the listing I’ll take issue with is air conditioning. Admittedly, we were there in a heatwave - 35 degrees each day - and being from North America, I consider A/C to be cooling and we had was air movement with fans. That did not take away from a great stay, in a well appointed flat with an amenable host.

An amazing apartment in Vienna

Wonderful apartment in Vienna! Close to everything or a quick tram away. The place was beautiful and couldn’t ask for a better host.

Lots of problems

The sky flats unit in Vienna has a good view and is generally a good layout. However, the location is not very convenient to most things you want to see, a little too far out of town. Also it is right across the street from a sketchy park where loud homeless people gather. The check-in process is gruff and abrasive. Questions such as how to use the washer were quickly shot down with “Look in the manual!" (which was 40 pages long and not easy to read). The sheets on the bed were stained and dirty, and there are pictures of naked women on the walls (art) in both bedrooms. There is not temperature (AC) control and it was extremely warm in there, hard to sleep. We were all charged $97 for parking even though we did not have a car (and he would not remove the charge).
