Like: The property is specious and has a balcony Needs improvement: Cleanliness, Shower door is ineffective, Spills water while taking shower, inadequate toiletries and bathmats, no privacy in the main bathroom, no microwave, noisy hot water system at night, no free house keeping for 15 days, no attention to detail for the amenities required for the guests throughout the duration of stay, you need to call for everything (e.g. iron, toilet pater etc).

9+ Star Review for a Reason!

This place was awesome! It was really spacious (2 floors, 2 bedrooms plus a study, living room, kitchen, dining area, and a deck that wrapped around two sides). There was a lot of light and great views!. The nice tea and Nespresso were an appreciated touch. It was about a five minute walk to a subway line and in a quieter area. The place was also very clean and seemed like it was newly renovated. I would definitely stay there again!

The apartment is located near the U1 , and U2 metro lines. Both are within walking distance. There are a few restaurants nearby. The apartment is on the top floor (4th floor). There is an elevator in the building . The apartment is modern and clean. There is a kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, sink, coffee machine. There is a washer and a drying rack , ironing board, and a safe.

IT’S NOT 5 STAR. It’s barely 3 star apartment. The building and entrance are terrible and old. The apartment is not like the photos shown in Expedia, the bedrooms are very small.

Very happy with quality of the apartment, even nicer than expected, was very roomy, great amenities and facilities. Area was quiet and residential but very near to transport links and some supermarkets etc. Would definitely book again. Impressive terrace that would be perfect in summer.

Very nice stay in the apartment, which is spacious and as beautiful as the photos shown in the booking site. The staff tried to accommodate all our needs, such as to leave our luggage in the apartment earlier and after the check in and check out time. They also have a hotline function which helps to communicate with the staff even if you don’t have local mobile number. The neighborhood is quiet though it’s a bit far from the city centre. But you can access to metro not far from the apartment.

Home away from home!

The stay was very nice. Staff was very easy to talk to and responded quickly to emails. The beds were very comfortable and the amenities were very useful. We stayed in the Grand apartment which was on the top floor. The view from the bedroom and kitchen windows were great! Check in and check out were easy once you figured out the process! Only a few negatives were found, but they're more a note to future guests than complaints. So don't take them too harshly. For apartment #45 on the 6th floor: 1.) The stand up shower can leak from the door, so make sure to put a towel down in front of the shower door. 2.) Some of the shades for the windows in the kitchen and bedroom don't open or close all the way (on the outside). 3.) When using the back room bathroom (with the shower) other apartments can possibly see you using the toilet because of the placement of the door to the terrace. Easily fixed by lowering the shades on the door (you do this with the remotes found in the apartment!). 4.) Be careful when using the washer, during the spin cycle it can sound like a jackhammer. Pretty sure my girlfriend got scared the first time, haha. Just a few small details we noticed, but it was a wonderful stay and we truly felt at home while enjoying Vienna. Prater is very close and there is a bunch of great little restaurants close by, including a fantastic ramen bar (and yes, it's real ramen!). Thanks again to the Abieshomes team! Vielen Dank!

Excellent base in Vienna.

Why stay in a hotel? A lovely apartment in an old building District 1020, a multicultural neighbourhood. Close to everything yet nice and peaceful. Metro nearby. Supermarkets nearby. Danube close by, so can have a stroll and catch a cruise. Everything clean and in good working order. Has a small uncovered balcony, so a problem if raining. Would definitely stay again.
