Very clean, nicely furnished, great staff, and some of these best amenities anywhere. TV with all the subscriptions. Cozy old-school pub in the basement with great beef burgers at bizarrely reasonable prices. Also attached hip diner but unfortunately don't open till 8am. Best yet: affordable pricing! Only downside: not a walkable destination.

At 4 pm checkin time, only one employee working the checkin desk. Only one person in front of me but took over 45 mins for that one person to get taken care of. We were astounded that at the proscribed checkin time there weren’t more employees to help out.
