1 pubic hair in bathtub (wife checks with a fine tooth comb OCD), I had to fix the toilet inlet valve twice, and the bed was old and saggy. The staff were wonderful, and other than the 1 pubic hair it was very clean. The location for us was perfect, walking distance to our venues and restuarants. The also charge you extra for parking, $15.50 per day (surprise for us), but it was very secure gated underground parking.

Bathroom was not up to standard in cleanliness and function. Fan system didn’t work well and was very loud. Windows in the room had to be cracked during the day or the room would become stuffy and musty. The front desk staff were friendly and pleasant. Overall not a bad place to stay but definitely expected more based on advertising.
