Yes. At check in, the clerk told me I could only get one key because they were running low. I was traveling with my wife which meant we couldn’t go to different places at same time, unnecessarily have to interrupt one another to get back into the room.

I hardly ever leave a review on anything. But I find that it is important to do so in this case. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. But…. We specifically booked this hotel because it had a jacuzzi. We were told it was broken. There was construction going which we didn’t mind. But there were roaches little one crawling on the walls. The breakfast was not very good. Sadly I have had way better at a Quinta (which is way cheaper). The eggs were dry and had burnt pieces. The sausage was dry and over cooked. The potatoes were undercooked. The cereal was my last option and that was the only thing I enjoyed eating. The attendant in charge of the food was too busy on her phone the entire time. The mini fridge never got our drinks cold. The TV was horrible. The Chanel’s were strange. The guide said one thing and when you would go to that Chanel that isn't what was playing. This was by far one of the worst stays.
