Rooms are definitely neglected. For a non-smoking facility rooms reek of smoke. Rooms are disgustingly dirty. Crumbs all over carpet. Sticky spots everywhere. Every surface was dirty. Tv remote didn’t even function. Hairs all over bathroom and sink floors. Missing floor tiles. Walls were dirty everywhere you looked. Doesn’t look like anyone has cleaned in years. Surprised it’s a Wyndham. Beware.

There was a used bar soap in the bathtub. The room smelled like humidity. There was residue of something spilled out in the sink. Staff was friendly.
