## Space This 35 sqm apartment, fully air-conditioned, is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator of the residence “La Résidence de la Plage”. It enjoys an exceptional beachfront location, offering a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea and the residence’s swimming pool. Fully equipped, it is ideal for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
The bright living area features a sofa bed (140 × 190 cm), a TV, a dining table, and a functional kitchen, perfectly equipped for your meals. The kitchen includes a classic filter coffee maker, a fridge with freezer, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, and a toaster.
The bedroom offers a comfortable sleeping area with a 160 × 200 cm double bed, equipped with duvets and pillows. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, a washbasin, a washing machine, and a hair dryer. The toilet is separate, providing added comfort. A baby kit (high chair and travel cot) can be rented as an optional extra for €10 per stay, ideal for traveling light with a young child.
The entire accommodation is located on a single level; the access at the top of the staircase is closed.

By bus: Hérault Transport connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department.
## Notes During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Saturday to Saturday. A security deposit of 300 € will be requested upon your arrival.
