Cozy apartment in the center of Viareggio

Very nice apartment, located on the ground floor of a two-story building in the center of Viareggio, in a quiet area; It renovated and furnished with care, with the intent that the guest is at ease.
A few meters away is the market place and the pedestrian area with all amenities (shops, restaurants, bars, newsagents, library, pharmacy, etc.). It is not far from the pinewood and the 'promenade' showcase worldly city with shops, bars and restaurants, places reachable on foot or by bike in a few minutes. Not far from the train station, providing access to the various cities of Tuscany: Lucca, Pisa, Florence. The pinewood ideal place for walks in the cool, with bars, restaurants, tennis, bike rentals and children's playground.

I really like the apartment

The place was clean. You have everything you need if you want to cook. Also you can was your clothes. There is a nice backyard we’re you can eat. We were there for only 3 days but we have a nice time

Good sized apartment with everything we needed, very comfortable, on a quiet street and close to the train station, restaurants, beach and shops. Filippo was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and could be contacted very easily. We enjoyed our holiday and would definitely stay here again.

Il proprietario di casa si è dimostrato gentile e disponibile, l’appartamento è dotato di ogni confort e servizio, non troppo distante dal mare. Inoltre molto funzionale il patio esterno dove poter mangiare e molto comodo il lavabo esterno con la lavatrice. Molto soddisfatti!!

Zentral am Meer gelegene Wohnung

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Außerdem ist sie dem Meer nahe , weshalb man es gut zu Fuß erreichen kann. Die Wohnung ist aber einiges kleiner und schmaler als sie auf den Bildern erscheint.
