Old house from 1917. Renewed beytween 1980 and 2020. All modern equipment. Beautiful Wintergarten. Kitchen, entrances (2), bathroom, washingroom/shower,
TV-room and large lounge in lower level. Beautiful staircase in oaktree up to first floor. Two large bedrooms and one small bed-room. Together 6-7 beds. (extra bed is available).
WC and a balcony in southern is also on the fisrt floor. One large lounge on that floor to.
One patio in east and on e in south on ground floor.
Large garden in front of the house.
Parking for many cars.
Electric charger is available. Tax is 4 kr/kWh.
3 km to slalom-slope for skiing in winter and 25 km to cross country skiing. Both equipped with snow cannons and pist-machines in winter-time.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker. Housekeeping is available on request.

Das Ferienhaus bietet sehr viel Platz und ein tolles Grundstück. Der See ist zu Fuß auch in ca. 12 min erreichbar. Man kann dort wunderbar Baden. Trotz vieler Schränke gibt es aber leider keinen Platz für die Kleidungsstücke der Gäste, da die Schränke mit privaten Sachen belegt sind. Hier könnte noch optimiert werden. Ansonsten ist das Objekt mit der Lage sehr zu empfehlen.

Ruhige Lage mit See

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen, ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub auf dem Holmesberg.Im sehr großzügigen Ferienhaus konnte jeder eine ruhige Ecke für sich finden.Zentraler Punkt war der Wintergarten, der auch unser Lieblingsplatz wurde.Ca.15 Gehminuten entfernt (mit Straßenüberquerung) war der See mit eigener Zuwegung nach 200m und Steg, Sauna und Grillplatz. Dies wurde unser 2. Lieblingsplatz.Zum Holmesberg 1 gehören 3 Ferienhäuser, die in Familienbesitz sind. In unser 2. Woche waren wir allein. Die nächstgelegene Einkaufsmöglichkeit liegt ca.10 Autominuten entfernt.Wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen, unsere Jungs fanden den See toll. Durch Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung in Naturschutzreservate Illharjens (Vetlanda) und Drågs Udde (Flenshult) und zur Kleva Gruva hatten wir auch Abwechslung.Vor allem wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen von der Eigentümerfamilie. Ein Rundgang durchs Haus mit kleinen Erklärungen ließen keine Fragen offen. Später kam Lars (Eigentümer) nochmal selbst und fragte nach, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Bei weiteren Fragen können wir ihn anrufen. Er wohnt in Vetlanda.Der Kontakt war sehr herzlich. Im Laufe unseres Aufenthaltes sahen wir ihn öfter, da an den anderen beiden Häusern auch Reparaturen zu erledigen waren.Wir hatten auch Kühe unterhalb unseres Wintergartens, die aber keinen Stress oder Lärm gemacht haben.Ein toller Urlaub mit sehr freundlichen Schweden!
