Room was clean. Check in and valet parking went smoothly. Friendly and courteous from check in to check out. Soft drinks in casino were free. A large casino with card tables and there were plenty restaurants to choose from. The Emerald restaurant is open 24 hours. Very convenient and will definitely visit again

The supervisor/manager at the check in desk was amazing and went way out of her way to acknowledge companions birthday. I wish I had gotten her name. She made the whole experience so much more special!! She even brought it to the room herself. I really wish I had gotten her name. She made our trip!!
