The property was booked 5 months ago for only one night. You expect everything to be fine. It is the beginning of the summer, and your lodging is your home for this special day. The temperature outside is high, but unfortunately the cooling system of this place is insufficient to properly cool the size of this 2-story apartment. Accommodation for 2 guests is fine in a nice mezzanine, but for 2 additional guests (our 10 and 11 year old children) is inconvenient in the main level: the beds occupy the main floor leaving little room to move around. The fridge was not working, hence we couldn’t cool of some beverages we were carrying. Make sure the room is cool and the fridge can handle a few cold drinks.

This listing falsely advertises “parking included,” when in fact there is no parking included with the cost of the reservation. Upon checking in, you will receive a communication stating that there’s the option to park on the street or to park in their private parking lot for an additional cost of 15€. For context, we visited Verona in the off season and arrived outside of rush hour, and there were still no parking spots available on the street, so we were forced to spend additional money to reserve a parking spot, despite reserving a booking with parking included. When trying to resolve the claim, we received no help from the hotel. Besides this, the stay was fine. Apartment was comfortable and clean. Zero sound insulation- you could hear the neighbors speaking next door even when they were quiet. Nothing was stellar besides the water pressure in the shower.

Firstly, the accommodations were not accessible until 3pm. No lobby and no place to store our luggage. The information provided on the website under “special instructions” stated the front desk is open daily from 8:30am-7pm. This was incorrect. One day prior to checking in, we received a reminder from Expedia that check in would be at 3pm. At this point, we had already booked our train and city tours, which we were unable to attend. As a result of this misinformation, we had to stay in the sun from 1:03 PM to 3:00 PM. My husband and I are both in our 70s. We did not plan to check in early; we just wanted to store our luggage until later. After two hours, we finally received the room key. The experience was horrible. The living rooms are located separately and quite far from the office room. Our room was on the second floor with steep steps and no railings, and I almost fell while carrying our luggage. In our room, there was a net on the ceiling and no blackout drapes/curtains as disclosed. Our window faced the parking lot and windows across the parking lot, which was extremely uncomfortable. There was also no phone in the room to call the receptionist. Our booking stated that a full breakfast would be provided, but there was no breakfast room. Breakfast in paper bags was hung on a hook outside the room at 7 AM. This was our worst travel experience, completely spoiling our romantic weekend in Verona.

Never again!

The description indicated a restaurant, there was none. It stated free parking, but “somewhere in Verona.” We had to park 750m away and our car was robbed overnight. Our suitcase was taken and some money we had in the console. Breakfast is included; it was a bag of stuff hung on a hook by the door.

Small hotel/Guest house close to Centre of Verona

We chose Room 6. Had a mezzanine for bedroom but can sleep family of 4 on two Z beds down in dining area. Open a cupboard and you have a great little kitchenette well stocked with breakfast items and snacks for use through the day. Restocked daily plus delivery of fresh bread and ham and cheese or croissants at 7am each morning. Some nice touches in bathroom of products for your use during your stay. For example perfume. Reception opens at 3pm for arrivals and maps and good local information provided of places to see and eat in within walking distance of this 6 bed guest house. Ideal for exploring Verona. Free street parking with guest house sign on dash. Otherwise 12€ per day 8am - 8pm. On arrival get ticket on roundabout if before 3pm. Never stayed in a venue that is such good value for money.

Acceptable sleeping accommodations. Very small, a little cramped. I would not stay there for more than a day or two. Walking distance to the historic centre of town. It is located on a very short street that is not well labeled. I had to call the owner for directions. He was very helpful. Parking was problematic, it is on the street we got the last parking space. I don’t know where we would have parked if that space was not available

Comfortable b and b

Comfortable bed and breakfast. Continental breakfast in the room with in room coffee machine and fridge full of fruit, cheese, yoghurt and milk. Location is outside the main tourist area but easy walk into town. No lift so need to carry your suitcases up stairs. Good WiFi.

Nice hotel 10 min walk to city centre

Comfortable and clean hotel. Room fridge was stocked with juices, yogurts and other sweets for breakfast. It was perfect for our one night stay in the city. Parking was free and very close. Host of the hotel was very nice and no complaints. The room was clean and spacious. Overall, if I had to return to this city I would stay there again!

Great location for Verona and friendly staff

Stefano, the owner, makes a great effort to make his guest's stay comfortable! Resonably priced shuttle service from the airport is a good service we made use of. Our ground floor room was relativels spacious and clean with a nice modern decor. The access to city center is within a 10 minute walk, which is great. However, we were disappointed with the mattresses on the beds, which were quiet uncomfortable. Luckily we were tired enough to nevertheless get a good night's sleep. Also, the wifi worked very poorly, which was irritating as we had to plan our travel connections etc.

This is a small, family-type B&B in a residential area. Couldn't be better if you want to visit Giardino Giusti (2 minutes walk). Perfect hosts (gave us a room on the ground floor when we expressed concern that there was no elevator in the building). Would highly recommend their car service to Verona airport.

Beautiful and Lovely place!

I just wanted to say! If you want to go to Italy! You better go to Verona and if you're in Verona! You better stay here...! Lovely and beautiful place to stay, my room was fantastic! I loved the coffee machine in my little kitchen where I have everything I needed for breakfast! The owner Stefano very sweet and kind! Thanks for your help and all the advices! I'll be back soon... Close to historical Verona

We just stayed for one night. We arrived late, but owner waited for us and was very friendly and helpful. The room was small but well equipped and very clean. We enjoyed the very rich in-room breakfast (well supplied fridge and expresso machine at disposal in the room!). We have only a minor complaint: air conditioner was quite noisy. Finally, the location is ideal for sight seeing old Verona.
