Dirty, dead bugs on floor in bathroom. Pool had a hairball the size of a soft ball drifting around. Hot tub was low and foamy with filth. Nice check in staff, notes up around saying that the staff are assigned towels and if they are stolen, the cleaners are docked off their pay cheque so the customer would be charged if towels were taken. Not seen that one before.

A good option in Vernon.

A good hotel, overall the facility is top notch. A few things need improvement: more variety in pillow types & better EV charging price. The area can be noisy because of proximity to the highway. Prices are reasonable.

After a long day of traveling, everything fell into place. Easy to find parking, pleasant staff at check-in, convenient elevator location, clean room, comfortable beds, fluffy towels, and even pre-set to a good temperature. Tons of food options across the street. Even though it was late, we still got a good meal. Breakfast was more than adequate with lots of options.
